Rain's POV

The whole court went silent as the barrister was about to give his final decision , Jayson was standing close to him, I didn't know who to focus on between the barrister and Jayson's lovely face

“That's enough inspector Kowalski, now to my final decision ” the barrister said

“Sir before you make any decision , I just want you to know that this girl is a criminal and she is highly rotten to the core , with all due respect sir, decide wisely ” Inspector Kowalski said interrupting the barrister

I was so caught up in fear and anxiety , I clutched  my pulse tightly and held on to the barrier in which they kept me in ,every where was like the  grave yard , it was like there was  a grind to a halt

“With all the laid down explanations and argument , I'm now proceeding to my final judgement ; it was said by the inspector that you were found guilty of a murder case back from where you came from in Mystic falls , the person murdered appeared to be your uncle, you successfully escaped from the cell and flew to Millwood with two of your friends, you then later pushed your friend off the stairs cause you were jealous of their relationship , you took her dead body to the road where the cops found you and detained you , you lured a long time prisoner and a detained prisoner to escape with you , but unlucky for you , you all were caught and were transfered to the army for severe punishment and torture.....With everything listed above , I now commence with my final decision , not only were you found guilty of a murder case but you  also tried to escape from jail  , RAIN GLYNN you're now sentenced.... ”

Meanwhile, the plan wasn't going well,April's sight was lost , then I saw one of Harrison's men, sneak to the media house in the court and "legally" bribed the operator and fixed the flash drive that contained the false  footage that was sent to Valerie's parents the other night , as the barrister was about to give  his punishment the footage played and all that was said by the barrister appeared alluring to the screen , shame covered me

“That's not the real footage ”Someone with a black mask and a hoodie  from the audience yelled as he stood up and unmasked himself ; the masked freak appeared to be David

“My name is David Kayde , I'm one of Rain's  bosom friend , I was forced to work with a doublecrossing Numbskull named Harrison , he was the one who killed Valarie,earlier that night  he ordered me to kidnap Rain , in order for him to get a pendant that worth's over a fortune , He knew Rain wasn't going to give him that easily so he had a plan B, he asked one of us to put off the light in the warehouse in order for Rain to run away

He had already enchanted my eyes and ordered me to stay outside for Rain to  react to the enchantment which was for her to kiss me , he knew Valarie was going to be jealous if she was there to witness it so he decided to call Valarie and made up some things for her he told her whatever she does she shouldn't run , he knew Valarie was going to run when she sees Rain kissing me so he ordered for a truck to hit Valarie when she runs

His plan went well, Valarie came to the warehouse and she ran when she saw what happened, his goal was to accuse Rain for killing Valarie in order for him to forcefully get the pendant from her , he also knew she wasn't going to have any  evidence to prove him wrong so he decided to forge the footage and send it to Valerie's parent and play it in court” David narrated

Everybody in the court went on murmuring and whispering campaigns , I was so shocked to hear David reveal the riddle wrapped in an enigma

“Silence in the court! ” The barrister yelled banging the gavel on its plate as the court went silent

A bullet hit the fore head of the barrister, the whole court scattered ,I tried to locate Jayson but I unexpectedly saw David at my front, he held my arm and drew me as he was running , we both ram to the media room

April was tied with a rope and her mouth was sealed with a duck tape to a chair , I quickly ran to her to untie her and unseal the tape

“Thank goodness you're okay ”I said  as I hugged her

“Come on let's get out of here”  she said to me

“I can't leave here without.... ” I said as we heard a sudden voice coming close to us, the person sounded as if he was in pain

“Rain are you nuts let's go” April said toe

“We have to help this person” I said “ you don't even know who it is” she replied

The person kept yelling "Help me" I couldn't resist the voice not to mention the voice sounded so familiar “Jayson! ” I yelled
