"He couldn't have given you an earlier warning?" Chloe asked her as Amelia let out a snort. "That's what I told him." Amelia pointed out on Monday morning as they sat in class and she informed them about Alex' latest surprise. She'd been looking for a dress since getting home last night. She really hoped the find one on time, or she'd be in real trouble. First, she'd tried looking for a dress that would fit a James Bond-themed party. Then she'd started to look for dresses that still looked great and that she'd be comfortable wearing. The latest thing she wanted to do was show up in the wrong dress.

She and Alex wouldn't be arriving together, Louis, his cousin was going to be escorting her inside along with his sisters. That way she wouldn't be going inside all alone, she got along with his cousins and it would be great to have someone there with her as she headed inside of the hotel the party was at.

She knew that both she and Alex were playing with fire or rather the press. Waiting to find out when they'd put the pieces together. She'd heard that William and Kate had even put a bet on the matter, that they'd never be able to keep it quiet till January. And in a way she didn't want to wait till then just so she could show off her boyfriend like any normal woman would do. But she couldn't do that, and on the other side, she wanted to keep hiding so she could enjoy Alex a bit more to herself. She really didn't know what she wanted to do. Jens had returned with his texting since last night like he knew she was back in Belgium. She wondered if he was watching her or anything.

Right now her biggest worry was the dress and Chloe was really no help at all. She found it all amusing that he'd waited that long to tell her about it. And even her best friends had started a betting game of when they'd be found out. This party wasn't going to be exactly low key either and his cousin was the worlds most eligible bachelor. and she was going to arrive with them, well maybe that wasn't such a great idea either. Oh well, they'd have to wait and see what Friday evening brought. She'd already cleared it with Nathalie that she'd be able to leave two hours earlier. She'd cleared it with the director of school and she'd been given the clear. She had no idea what she'd done to make it happen, but she was incredibly grateful for it. Kate had invited her to get ready with her since her hairdresser would be with her and it would be nice to be spoiled for once.

"You're no help at all you know that." Amelia told her best friend as she only continued to laugh and Amelia threw her hands up in frustration.

On Wednesday Paul had come to Belgium, her family had gathered at her mum's in the afternoon as Paul explained what would happen if she and Alex got out. Carole Middleton had agreed to come over the next week to tell them what she'd endured how they could best handle it. She would be forever grateful to that woman for doing it. She would be able to really tell them what it was like to have your family member dating a member of the British royal family. The worlds most famous Royal Family, what had she gotten herself into? She'd been asking herself that a lot, but every time she thought of Alex, she didn't wonder much longer. She loved him and that was easy, it couldn't get any easier. At least her family was getting prepared for the day that they got out. She had a feeling that some would make a mess of things. A mess that she could miss like a headache, seeing as a huge mess was already hanging over her head.

At least her family was prepared better than they would have done by just listening to Amelia or Alex. The only one who she wouldn't have any control over, well control was the wrong word. But in his case, it suited just perfectly, him and the situation that was of her father. She hoped that it would never come out, but Kate and Meghan had both warned her that the press would dig and dig in her life and past till they found something.
