Thanks again for the votes and comments. It really means a lot to me. Hope you enjoy the new chapter.

Lying in bed with her boyfriend after a very hectic weekend or rather entire week for that matter. She had no idea that one could fit so many different things into one week. A school holiday of one week had turned into an incredibly busy week for her, however. Starting with the Christening of her Godson, Owen, then they'd gone to Tenerife for the hen party for Beatrice. Returning on Wednesday afternoon exhausted of the busy three days they'd had. But never in her entire life did she want it like this as she thought of all the fun she'd had as well as Alex's arm tightened around her.

"I don't want to go back." Amelia claimed, she'd been in London for a week and she'd not seen her boyfriend as often as she would have liked, they already saw each other very little and she hoped that her next holiday would be better.

"I don't want you to go back either." He whispered in her hair, running his thumb back and forth on her stomach as she let out a heavy sigh.

"I wish I could call in sick, but that won't go down well. I've already been allowed more than most would have this year." She stated to her boyfriend as she turned around in his arms, her hand cupping the back of his head as he looks at her with a small sigh. She'd already been allowed to leave earlier on Friday afternoon ever since the start of the year or arriving an hour late on Monday when she hadn't wanted to return on Sunday evening.

"You know I'll support you in whatever you decide." He stated as she nodded her head at him, but he'd seen the change in her ever since the attack, she wasn't as invested into her studies any more than how she'd been at the beginning of the year when they'd met. The attack had changed something in her and though most of the nightmares were gone and the sessions with Charles had ended, he knew it had still left its impact on her. Something which was very understandable when you thought what she'd been through.

Don't get him wrong, she still worked hard at the paper she was supposed to finish and represent in a couple of weeks. Her grades hadn't slipped either, even her exams which had taken place so soon after the attack. But the thought of returning to her placement in a week, it terrified her, and he wasn't sure if she'd be able to go through with it. She hadn't been back in her uniform since the day it happened and if was being honest, he too was scared or receiving another call like the one he'd had on Kate's birthday.

"Would you be angry if I were to quit?" she asked him, she'd been toying with the idea for a bit now if she was being honest. Basically, since the attack and even more so since restarting school after her exams. She wasn't sure if it would amount to anything either. What was the point? If she couldn't even be able to practice what she'd studied for.

"Never." He told her without a second thought. He'd like nothing more than to have her move to the UK and be with him. He was getting rather sick of the constantly saying goodbye to one another and only seeing her in the weekend or school holidays she had.

"What will people say though?" she asked him with a deep sigh and shake of her head as he turned her on her side so he could look at her better.

"on this part they have nothing to say love, this is your decision only." He explained to her as she shook her head at him.

"Come on, you and I both know that everyone will always have something to say about anything I do from now on." She told him with a realistic tone as she shook her head at him.

"I'm already being seen as a gold digger and our age difference is always mentioned in so many articles. She'd been called it all and she was kind of sick of it. Sure, mostly she had good press, but there was bad press as well and it seemed to increase day by day. Rolling out of bed, she put her dress robe on and headed towards the window.
