"Yo," Jaebeom said, entering the dance studio. Sooyeon trailed slowly behind, hiding behind Jaebeom's wide shoulders. They found 3 figures lying on the ground and panting like they had just finished dance practice.

"One more time," a figure wearing a black cap and a black and yellow striped shirt said. Sooyeon could recognize that outfit anywhere. It was Yugyeom.

"Alright fight me," a man in an orange t-shirt and matching beanie said, jumping up to face Yugyeom. Sooyeon's jaw dropped when she realized it was Jackson. Jackson faced Yugyeom and held out his fist. "Rock, paper, scissors!"

Jackson crumbled to the ground, whimpering as he stared at his fisted up hand. Yugyeom's high pitched laugh filled the room, hand out-stretched to represent "paper".

The last figure remained on the floor and chuckled, still completely out of breath. It was Jinyoung, dressed in a royal blue crewneck sweater and hair fluffed up and messy from running around. Jinyoung noticed Sooyeon and Jaebeom walking in. "Oh Hyung," he said, sitting up on the floor. He glanced at Sooyeon and politely nodded and smiled.

Sooyeon felt her heart stop, but she managed to maintain her composure. She smiled awkwardly, clenching her fists together on her bag strap in front of her and bowed a 45 degree angle.

"Jaebeom hyung!" Yugyeom exclaimed with his baby voice. His eyes widened at the sight of an extra person behind him. "Oh hyung, who's this?"

"Guys this is Sooyeon," Jaebeom said informally, catching Sooyeon by surprise once again. She saw Jinyoung's eyebrow rise from the corner of her eye.

"Already on an informal basis I see," Jackson chuckled. He walked casually up to Sooyeon. "Hi, I'm Jackson," he stretched his hand out for a handshake.

"H-hi," Sooyeon shyly reached her hand out to match his, but then hesitated. Jackson pulled her hand in without thought and surprised Sooyeon with a firm handshake, pulling her in slightly. Jaebeom tried to hide his smirk behind Sooyeon at the interaction, knowing fully how flustered she was right now.

"Hi I'm Yugyeom!" Yugyeom shouted from across the room, not bothering to approach.

"Watch it Gyeom, she's older than you." Jinyoung's eyes narrowed in Yugyeom's direction.

Yugyeom's eyes went wide. "No way! She looks like she's still in high school," Yugyeom got up and finally walked over to everyone else. "What year were you born?"

"'96," Sooyeon had barely answered before she realized that Yugyeom was a head taller than her. She tried to shut her jaw fully, knowing her mouth was starting to drop. I need to stay mature and composed!

"Wah, does this mean I have to call you noona?" Yugyeom pouted. "How is it that I'm still the maknae whenever we meet someone?"

Sooyeon cleared her throat, wishing to make actual conversation. She refused to only mutter one word answers when Jaebeom was clearly smirking behind her, watching her reactions.

"I'm a cool noona Yugyeom, you can call me whatever you want." She smiled brightly.

"Yay Soo-" Yugyeom caught Jinyoung giving him a dirty look, telling him to keep his manners. "It's okay, I'll just call you noona," he gave Sooyeon a sheepish smile.

"Sooyeon-ssi, aren't you and Jaebeom supposed to be working on a song right now?" Jinyoung directed his attention towards Sooyeon.

Jackson's eyes widened. "Oh wait you're a singer? Let's here some lines!" He looked at Sooyeon in anticipation.

"Don't you recognize her? She sang at the fansign." Jinyoung moved to stand behind Sooyeon. Sooyeon felt the hairs on the back of her neck stand up and was on high alert, aware of Jinyoung's every movement.
