Deku skipped down the road. He had decided to try out a different atmosphere that might keep him from being discovered. He was already wearing a hood that covered his tufty green hair and makeup that hid his freckles. He smiled at passerbys, trying his best to look bubbly. He scowled inwardly as he heard Ezuoju snicker.
What's your problem?
Nothing, nothing...you just look like an airhead.
I do NOT!
He huffed, his cheeks red with embarrassment as Ezuoju laughed mockingly at his whiny voice. Stuffing his hands into his hoodie pockets, he realized he had already arrived at the cafe. Blinking, Deku slipped out his phone. The screen lit up and in big text it said: 2:45. "Ugh. 15 minutes?" He sighed, leaning against the wall of the small, homey cafe.
I'm tired.
So?
You are standing in front of a fucking cafe what do you think I'm hinting at, dumbass? Plus, you look sketchy.
Glancing around, Deku realized he was getting weird looks. Sighing, he began to walk toward the door. Before he could even reach for the door handle, he glanced in the window of the building. Immediately, he made eye contact with a boy who was sitting at a table, a cup of coffee in his hand. His hair was spiky and blonde and his piercing red gaze made Deku choke on air. "Shitshitshitshitshit..." He muttered, fast walking down the street as fast as he could. After only about a few seconds he heard a rough voice yell, "OI, DEKU! FACE ME, SHITTY NERD!" Deku couldn't help but let a grin tug at his lips. Or maybe that was just Ezuoju trying to take control, which he quickly and silently denied.
Nostalgia raced through him as he slowly turned on his heels. He lifted a hand and waved it, grinning. "Heya, Kacchan!" He chuckled. Deku couldn't help but feel a tremor of uneasiness run up his spine as Bakugou walked towards him, a scowl seeming to be engraved into his face. As he towered over him, less than a few inches away, Deku felt a blush settle on his cheeks, making him clench his fists.
Aww, is someone getting flustered?~
S-Shut up Ezuoju!
Clearing his throat, he looked up at his childhood friend/bully. "Um...hi?" He muttered. Bakugou scanned him, as if sizing him up before his shoulders slumped, relaxing from his tense, defensive posture. Now that he was a bit further away, Deku could see a red tint to his face.
Is he...blushing?
For once, Ezuoju didn't answer, and Deku could picture him watching intently. "I was uh..." Bakugou began. After a few seconds he shook his head, growling. "Fuck it. Deku, do you want to...go somewhere...or something...?" He grumbled. The embarrassment in his voice and how he shifted his weight from foot to foot as if he was itching to move made Deku chuckle, smiling. Surely the others wouldn't care if he did the research tomorrow, right? No harm done. "Sure, Kacchan." His smile widened and he looked back down at his feet, shuffling awkwardly. More like the old Midoriya. He felt someone brush against his shoulder and gasped as he realized Bakugou was already walking off. "Oh! Hey! Wait!" He squealed, skipping after him.
Hehe...
What.
I didn't take you for a squealer.
Blush consumed Izuku's face as he pushed it into his hands. He scowled as he heard Ezuoju snickering. He felt a soft but firm tap on his neck. Peeking out, he realized Bakugou was staring at him, an amused glint in his eyes. "Something wrong, Deku?" He chuckled. Deku's eyes widened. Was that an actual grin? It looked more teasing than anything, which made his face burn in embarrassment. "N-N-No!" He stammered, shoving his hands in his pockets and walking quicker, noticing how Bakugou easily adjusted to the new pace. Soon, he realized they were in the park. His eyes wandered around the beautiful scenery, making him smile softly.
Hey, Deku. We should take this chance.
Deku frowned in confusion.
What chance?
To get Bakugou on our side! He would be a great asset to Downfall.
Huh? No way!
Hmm?~ Why is that? Scared of him getting hurt?~
No...well, yeah, kinda, but...he would rip me in half if I said that.
Deku sighed, a wistful smile on his face.
He can take care of himself. But...I don't know. He probably wouldn't join even if I begged him.
Hm...
Suddenly, Deku felt himself go numb as he was jerked out of control.
W-What the fuck Ezuoju?! Don't you dare talk to him!
What, you want me to ignore him the whole time? Do you even know how dates work?
This is NOT a date!
Ezuoju smirked as he could feel Deku's embarrassment. He looked over at Bakugou and began to lean his head against his shoulder. He could feel the boy stiffen before slowly softening. Out of the corner of his eye, he could see Bakugou blush intensely, glancing away before wrapping a hand around his torso. Ezuoju couldn't help but smirk.
Oooh! He got it bad for ya, Deku!~
SHUT UP!!
He let out a soft chuckle, making Bakugou look over. "What's so funny?" He mumbled gruffly. Ezuoju looked up at him, his warm green gaze sparkling. "Oh...nothing, heh. But, there is something I want to talk to you about." He stopped, turning to Bakugou, who had a look of concern on his face. "Uh...sure, I guess. You can tell me anything..." The rough blonde haired boy murmured. Smiling, confidence raced through him. With no hesitation, he set a hand on his friend's shoulder, making eye contact. As he stared into his red eyes, he began to understand what Deku saw in him, making him smile brightly. "I want you to join Downfall." He exclaimed. Surprisingly, Bakugou seemed to actually consider what he said, making hope drive through his body.
See? I told you it would all work out.
Mhm...I guess...
After a few more moments, he murmured, "So?" He grinned wildly as Bakugou met his gaze. "Okay." The words shocked him to his core.
"What?"
"What?"
Both Deku and Ezuoju blurted in sync. Bakugou frowned, glancing off. "I said...okay." Ezuoju smiled, and, in a moment of pure joy, hugged him tightly. "Oh, thank you Kacchan! This is going to be great!" He giggled, pushing his face into his shoulder. He felt Bakugou pat his back hesitantly before relaxing. Just as Ezuoju began to release him, he felt wind hit him as something flew out of nowhere towards them. With no time to react, it wrapped around him, binding his arms against his back, along with his legs. He looked down, eyes wide as he squirmed.
A scarf...?
Oh no...please no...
"Fucking Eraserhead..." He scowled, turning to face the pro hero. Just as he had suspected, the tired hero's black hair floated in the air, off his shoulders, and his eyes glowed red. Behind him stood several heroes and UA students, including Ururaka and Kirishima. Ezuoju turned his head to Bakugou who stood there, looking down and clenching his fists. Soon, Deku took over, due to Ezuoju not being very good at dealing with any other emotions besides malice, anger, and amusement. Trembling, he whimpered, "K-Kacchan...?"

Betrayal hurts, sigh. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this! I am honestly really proud- I'll be out of school for four days ))
