• Make time for a hobby every day this week •
Whether your hobby is reading, dancing, sports, exercise, etc, the list is endless! You don't need to put in a lot of time but you can find a little bit of time.
Even reading one chapter of a book you love or spending ten minutes playing the piano, carving out time to improve yourself AND work on something you love. Reading has been proven to increase people's lifespans and their empathy levels.
Or maybe you can try to pick up a new hobby this week. Try something new like knitting or even gardening. Gardening has been proven to lower stress levels (there's a certain bacteria in the soil that lowers stress hormones!)
Whether it's by waking up a little earlier, not procrastinating, or putting down your phone, we can all benefit from more time spent doing things we enjoy. I hope this challenge helps y'all to become your best selves!
