• Say one nice thing to yourself every day this week •
You can do this by writing them down on your bathroom mirror (in erasable marker) or even just stick post-its with positive notes somewhere you'll see it every day. Personalize them to yourself and your own insecurities. If you feel like you're ugly, write something uplifting about your looks-or remind yourself that you're more than your looks.
However you decide to do it, I hope that this weekly challenge helps you grow!
