New challenge :
Hello guys this is abby, lisasimpson__1999 nice to meet you all. Life is hard, and from my experience, we can make it better. How? Well everyone has a different strategy. Everyone is going through rather depression/ anxiety/panic attacks/disorders/etc etc. And to make it better I have one trick.According to me when I feel depressed I take a power nap. It helps you know. Just eat something, anything like snacks, cereals, or drink milk and take a small nap . Don't think about anything else. Don't count . Don't touch your phone. Just forget about all the problems and take a nap. And don't talk with anyone before doing so. Make it your own strategy. Once you wake up you'll feel better.Okay back to the challenge, this challenge is about controlling our anxiety. And how do we do this?

Diy coffee 🌈
Make yourself a beverage your way. Like some may like their coffee to be cold with whipped cream. And others may love it warm. Sit in your window and try to take small sips while watching the nature. Like trees, sky, buildings, roads and people.
Diy to do list ✒
Okay after you have your coffee, open up your diary or your notepad, and write down the things you wanna do the whole day. Forget about all the miseries in your life. Like for example, write down about the book you want to read, the show you want to watch, the food you want to eat, the people you want to hangout with, just write it down and relax..
If you don't know what you want to do then take your phone, ear cords, download your favorite playlist and go out for a walk around your neighborhood, or you can download Pinterest, take out your paint box and start sketching and painting or if you are not much of a artist, take out a book you wanted to read . If not then download picarts app, do some makeup, wear your favorite outfit, do your hair and try to do a photoshoot yourself your way, somewhere in doing so you'll get satisfaction somewhere in between.
That's called self love baby.
Or if not much of a makeup fan, try to cook something your way. Giving a recipe a twist of taste. Go out to Walmart, or any store near your house, search for the ingredients and cook something your way. Be productive. That's all I want to say.
After the day ends, try to write in your journal about what you did the whole day. See somewhere in between you'll find your trueself. I'm just your average person but this is my strategy which I'm sharing with you guys. Try it ,it's super effective. And stop complaining about life, we have only one life, do anything you want your way.
