"jonah what does that even mean? i only have one sister idiot." he knows i only have one sister, he's been really confusing today. "you actually have another sister and a brother. venus you're dad lives in la."
i let out a laugh, he can't be serious. this is obviously a joke. "venus. I'm serious. i bumped into your sister and we began talking. i really like her, she brought me to meet the rest of her family and that's when i saw your dad."
"don't call him my dad or her my sister. i didn't even know he had kids. i know nothing about him. he left me jonah. you helped me through it, you know how upset i was."
he tries to hug me, he was supposed to be my best friend. he's not supposed to go behind my back and do something like this.
"jonah please just leave me alone. you were right, something can ruin our friendship. if you really didn't want to lose our friendship you wouldn't have done this in the first place."
i walk off, going back inside. zach stares at me the whole time, "venus... it has nothing to do with your dad or addison and you know it. you feel as if he chose them over you."
"technically he did. he knew it would hurt me. also addison? zach have you met her?"
this would be a whole new level if the boys met her. "no no! definitely not. jonah talks about her, we were trying to help him tell you."
"well now i know and I'm really upset."
he ends up leaving the room, understanding that i don't want to talk about it. how could jonah do this to me? i don't want to lose our friendship and i really want him to be happy. tomorrow I'll have to talk to him. dylan tries calling me ten times, each time i let it ring out. i don't want to talk to anyone and dylan will just make me feel even worse.
i lay down on my bed in hopes to fall asleep. just as I'm about to drift off my bedroom door opens, whoever it is walks over to me and kisses my forehead. "goodnight venus. I'm sorry about jonah and everything that i did."
i knew that voice.
