venus blaney!
the next few days i worked all day, at night the boys were at the studio so i haven't seen them in a while. although i do wish they were here because i keep hearing weird voices that sound like jonah but obviously he isn't here.
i was home from work, the boys left an hour ago.
for the next six hours i watched tv, well technically i was on my phone but still the tv was on. the boys finally got home, they went upstairs except corbyn who stayed with me. "hey wanna go on a drive?" i nodded and grabbed his hand. instead of just driving around we decided to just go to a drive in.
"hey corbyn."
"yeah?"
"I'm ready to give you a chance."
"really?"
"yeah. i want to be more than just one kiss."
the movie ended shortly after that so we decided to just go home. "oh hey we should stop and get food first." we went to the nearest food place which happened to be in and out. "I'll get the food, you wait out in the car." as soon as he leaves i hear the voice again, "venus? venus! wake up!" i turned up the radio to drown it out, I'm probably going crazy.
"wanna eat here or eat at home?" I'm already opening the bag so we decide to eat in the in and out parking lot. "you're so cute" i smile while stuffing my face with fries. we finish eating and start driving home. corbyn kept going on his phone even though I've tried to stop him.
all of a sudden headlights appear in front of us. "CORBYN WAT-"
everything goes black.
"VENUS!" i jolt awake. "god jonah what the hell?" my best friend jonah is stood on the left side of my bed, his eyes wide. "you've been mumbling about some guy named corbyn and stuff for about an hour, I've been trying to wake you up." i frown, I've just been dreaming? "so there's no corbyn? or zach? or daniel? or eli?"
"no. i have no idea what you're talking about v." i get out of bed and stare into my mirror. there's no way all of that wasn't real. "oh but good news! david replied to my email! he wants to hear me in person but venus i could finally take my singing to the next level! I could be in a band!"
i froze. a band?
just like my dream.
