the bad boy that liked pink part 2

_____________

Harry cried that night. The pressure and guilt eating him alive.
His open shirt was thrown on the floor and his tight jeans met the soft fabric of the blanket that laid on the bed.
Angry tears left his eyes as he angrily threw a pink sweater over his torso and white shorts covered his thighs.

He thought about how Olivia stood up to that girl, like he was nobody. And he was. He was just Harry. The bad boy that liked pink, soft sweaters and cotton shorts. The only thing he had ever wished for was equality. Why couldn't he respect his own rules?
Letting other people punish the ones that held no respect for him, just because he feared loneliness.
Harry was tired of the lifestyle he had chosen to follow. He was tired and he was going to change.

_____________

Olivia woke up the following morning with an incredible back ache.
She assumed it was from the stress - and also the pain from the hard, metallic material had to be guilty.

That morning, feeling incredibly exhausted and not wanting to care about anyone or anything, she wore one of her warm sweaters and black jeans. Riding her bike to school sometimes was a struggle, but then she quickly reminded herself that it was good for her health - even in early autumn.

Her backpack on her shoulders and students by their lockers. As she got to hers, she quickly grabbed all her necessities and closed it loudly.
As Olivia was about about to walk in one of the classrooms along with some unknown students, she heard the same voice she had heard the day before.

"Harry, what the fuck are you wearing?!", it was Jase, again. That day, his tone didn't sound angry or irritated. Okay, maybe a little angry, but mostly surprised.
"Mate, don't make yourself look ridiculous.", he continued and Olivia turned around to look closely at the scene.

"Let me go.", a weak voice muttered; Harry. Her eyes lightly widened at his choice of clothing, not because she didn't like it, but because she wasn't used to that sight.
Harry's hands tightly held his backback as he slowly walked through the corridor.

There were no dark glasses on top of his nose, but a pretty drop earring covered his little nonexistent earlobe.
His pants a light blue colour, a little loose, but not to the point where his legs were unrecognisable.
His torso was covered in a light pink sweater and his feet in sparkly boots.

Breathtaking. Olivia thought.

Jase continued to push Harry, trying to get words from him. The young man shook his head, brushing his shoulder with his.
Olivia was close to her locker as she shamelessly stared at him, Harry coming closer to her side, until he suddenly turned around to look one final time at Jase.

"This is me. And if you don't want to accept me the way I am, then please don't talk to me.", the curly haired man said, making Jase's mouth open and his eyes widen.

Harry walked past Olivia, then suddenly stopped to turn his head towards her.

"Thank you for giving me courage to accept myself."

And he walked away, after offering her a small smile.
