Chapter 6

Zayn was lying on the couch trying hard not to be annoyed by Louis eating.
Everything was just irritating the hell out of him, he closed his eyes and took a deep breath pretending he had an itch in his ear and listened to the white noise caused by his finger inside his ear. The twins were playing outside with Bruno, one of Malik's family dog. The kids, Yasmeen especially has been going on about getting a dog and Zayn was having none of it. Harry was just as worse as the kids, wanting to adopt some stray cat that wondered in their house once. It was a ginger cat and look hideous, Zayn may have locked it out before Harry had a chance to take it to the vet. He did compromise in the end and Bruno is on loan from Yaser to teach the kids responsibility and how hard it was to look after a dog, well for him anyway. It's kinda backfired on him cause Bruno is well trained and the kids are having fun and want their own dog more that ever. He could hear the dog barking and kids laughter and he concentrated on that blocking Louis's. He opened his eyes when the noise seem to be getting louder. He could see, thanks to their sliding door, Mason running towards the house Elijah not far behind and the dog excitedly following. It was comical how Mason collided with the door, Zayn felt bad that he was expecting him to do that, everytime. The sliding doors would be opened but Mason misses it everytime. His mom was worried about his eyesight till she saw Harry had the same problem, so that cancelled that. It's a good thing he didn't bruise easily or they would have social services on their backs. Elijah helped his brother up but the dog was making it difficult as it was all over Mason. Mason was like Harry always attracted and loved the attention, and he was giggling as the dog licked his face while Elijah pushed it off him. He was protective of his brother, acting like an older brother though they're twins.

"Oh God.." Zayn groaned when Louis made a show of slurping the drink out of the glass, can he get any louder.

"Hey Styles twinnies, you're back" Yes he could, Zayn groaned out loud as Louis shouted turning on his stomach so he can have a better view of the boys. He was lying on the couch opposite Zayn having a siesta or fiesta, whatever he was annoying.

"We're back.." Mason shouted back.

"Inside voice, Mase"

"Sorry, baba. We're back uncle Lou. I'm hungry.." he said looking at Louis's plate seeing the crusts. Louis doesn't eat crusts and he wonder why Isabella is a picky eater.

"You can have them if you want" Louis said jokingly,

"Mason, don't! Spit it out, come here" Zayn said firmly when Mason actually ate out one of the crusts,

"Omg Zayn you're so dramatic" Louis laughed at him, Mason was spitting the crusts on Zayn's hand,

"I know where your mouth has been" he said chucking the crust back on the plate.

Louis just laughed petting the dog's head but it growled, "What's wrong with Bruno?"

"He hates being petted on the head.."

"You need to take him back bro, you rubbing off him the wrong way..only your dog wouldn't like a pat on the head"

Zayn just rolled his eyes, "what do you wanna eat?" He asked the boys,

"Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, please" Elijah pleaded, Mase nodded agreeing.

"Jam not jelly..yes you can have them. Come on" Zayn said getting off the couch, "Daddy will be back with some take away so you can only have one each.." Harry had gone to pick up Yasmeen from school and then take her to the hairdresser to have a trim, her hair was long and thick.

"Wash your hands and take a seat"
He said taking the jam and peanut butter out of the fridge. He's given up arguing with Harry about putting the peanut butter jar in the fridge as its gets hard making it harder to spread, so the boys will just do with the bits of chunks. Zayn got the bread out while the boys watched in anticipation, he started with the peanut butter plastering it on,
