Angelika's POV

"Angelika!! Angelika!!!" I heard my mother shouting my name, "wake up now!!" I finally opened my eyes, mama are so loud, and seriously this early morning.

"Angelika!!" She shouted again, "I already up, ma!" I replied to stop her from shouting my name. As I sat down on the chair in front of my mirror, my head is aching.

"Angelika go down here, we we're going to be late!" Mama said in very angry voice.

"Wait a minute ma!" I immediately grabbed the comb and fixed my hair. I went inside the comfort room and washed my face with our soap.

"Good Morning ma" I greeted then kissed her.

"Go eat your breakfast faster, we need to place our cart immediately, the people might waiting for us" mama explained, while she putting all the dishes she cooked earlier.

I grabbed a plate, I ate two pieces of dried fish and with fried rice, I really enjoyed eating specially using my hands.

"Mama, I'm ready" I said, then I went outside the house, I checked if the things we needed are all here in the cart, "Ma you forgot the serving spoon!" I yelled because she maybe can't hear me.

"Here" mama gave me the serving spoons,

"help me pull this" I went in front of the cart and I'm the one who pulling and mama do the pushing.

"Why are you late today?" asked by a tricycle driver as we placed our cart where it used to be.

"I'm really hungry" he added.

"Sorry sir" I said, and secretly rolled my eyes. "By the way what is your order?" I asked him, staring at his funny face.

"Um.." looking to the food mama prepared

"One order for chocolate rice porridge and hot coffee" finally he said.

"Total of twenty pesos only" I stated the price of his order, then he gave to me his payment, and I gave his food.

Less than a minute, all of our customers came that's why, me and mama need to work faster. Some of them ordered pancit bato/spaghetti/fried rice with egg/chocolate rice porridge. All of them are very famous to all our customers but the best selling as always is chocolate rice porridge.

"Ma, I'll just get another jar of hot water for the coffee" I said to her. I ran fast as I could, then I boil water. While I'm waiting, I went upstairs, I opened the door of Percy, my older brother, slowly, I saw he still sleeping and my father too.

Probably five minutes past, I put the boiled water in the jar and immediately went back to the cart.

"One coffee please" a young lady ordered.

"Here's your coffee ma'am" I gave her politely and she gave her payment.

"Sure we are lucky for this day Angelika" Mama stated while looking to the food.

"I agreed ma!" I replied "but by the way, I noticed that Bella already gone when I woke up earlier?" I asked mama.

"I don't know... probably because of work" she answered with a flat voice.

"Ma..." I held her shoulders and make her faced me, "don't be so cold to Bella, she is part of the family, she is my sister, so please love her like you love me" I said with convincing tone of voice.

Bella was the daughter of my mama's bestfriend, but unfortunately her parents died in car accident. Mama adopted her since no one from her relatives can take care her.
