I can hear my phone alarming, so I forced myself to change my position from laying down on my bed to seat down, I grabbed my phone and dismissed it from alarming. As my phone finally silent, I managed myself to stand up and stretched a little, I feel really bit happy, like somehow I suddenly forget the pain, maybe today was just so special cause it's Sunday, it is my favourite day among the six other days, and it also this
was the day of our Lord. It's 7 o'clock in the morning, I still have a lot of time to do something that is worth my time, cause I'll go to the church before 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon. Before I go downstair, I went first near at the window of my bedroom, I saw some of my neighbour walking around doing something like Mang Kanorr, sweeping the road in front of his house and Aling Baybi watering her beautiful red flowers. They doing lot of things every Sunday but for us, the member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, should do nothing during this day, but do an activity with a relation to our Saviour Jesus Christ, like reading scriptures or anything as long as you keep the Sabbath day holy.

After I observed my neighbour, I finally went downstair, as I passed by the living room, before I totally open the door of the kitchen, I remember that I didn't took a dinner last night, so I just decided now that I'll just take fasting for this Sunday. Fasting is not eating at least two meals and give the money that you should use to buy your food as an offering, and that offering will be given to the poor people who cannot afford to buy their needs. So just I closed the door of the kitchen, then I immediately went back to the living room, I turned on the DVD player and the TV, not because I'll gonna watch some movies, but instead I'll just listen to some church hymns. I get the DVDs under the mini table and I chose the primary song collection, this is the one I'll listen cause I really like children songs, because they have a lot of meaning and can make you calm and feel the spirit of the Sabbath day. As I get one CD of it, I get the remote control of the DVD player and I pressed the open button. Now I put the CD inside the DVD player, then few seconds more I here the sound, at first I hardly recognize what is the title, then eventually I remember, the song is "I am a Child of God" I stopped doing anything and I just close my eyes and feel every tone I hear in my heart.

Ahhh... I really feel so happy today, I think my heart gained wings instantly because of the aura of this day, and all because of the song that makes this day more peaceful and happier. I really believed that I am a Child of God, that He was the Lord sent me here on Earth, He sent me here on Earth with a great purpose, then I remember that the lyrics says "and parents kind and dear" and suddenly I make a frown on my face, but before I make my mood change, I decided to listen to another song, so I grabbed the remote control again and pressed the next button. The song titled "I Feel My Saviour's Love" and then it started,

This song really fascinating, I can understand and feel every word in this song, that make my mood turned good. Now for the first time I finally smiled, even though few weeks just past of loneliness, I feel like a thousand year.

I looked on the clock placed over my TV, and I saw it's already 10:30 am. I have two hours left to prepare myself to go to church, cause I planned to go there 12:30 pm, thirty minutes before the sacrament start. I immediately turned off the DVD player and the TV, then I went upstair to take a bath, I took a bath about 30 minutes. I purposely did that cause I have a plenty of time to groom myself. As I exited from my bathroom, I put first my under garments, because I'll do something first. I opened my drawer and  get my shaver, cause I need to shave these moustache. I took five minutes to finished it, cause I put cream first, now my face was little bit brightened and cleared now. Then I went back to the bathroom and get my facial cleanser, and I also grabbed a small  cotton ball then went back, where I fix myself, in front of the mirror. I pour the cleanser on the cotton ball, then I gently clean my face  using it. After I cleaning my face, I saw the cotton ball and I can only say is it's very dirty.

Now I'm done on my hygiene, I just need to wear my Sunday's best. I opened my closet and get my polo long sleeves first, then wear and buttoned it. Next was the black slacks, I tacked in my polo to look presentable and decent, before I forget, I immediately opened my closet again and get socks and  of course a neck tie. I have five neck ties here, so I'm having hard time to choose between all these. Few minutes passed, I finally decided what I'm going to wear, and I chose was black with circle designs on it. Before I go downstair, I looked first in the mirror, and I'm shocked, I frowned because I forgot to fix my hair. I immediately get a comb in my table and I gently fixed them, now I'm really looking good, so I finally went downstair then wear my shoes. Before I leave I ponder first if I forgot something, but I guess I don't have, and I don't need to bring my scriptures anymore cause in our church we have application for that, so it's really convinient now, all I need to bring is money for the fare and of course your smart phone. I locked the maim door to secure my house then I rode tricycle to get there.

After probably five minutes, I arrived at the church, I paid 40 pesos for the fare cause I took special travel to get here. Our church has a court for sports activity, and now I'm walking through it. Now I'm at the hall, on the left side you can see a building for Sunday classes and on the right side the building for the sacrament. As I walk through the hall, I managed not look on the right side where the other members waiting to start the sacrament. Few steps and I will get inside the chapel, then I immediately welcomed by the missionaries, they always do that to everyone here.

I turned left, I saw the glass door that leads to the sacrament hall, I took a deep breath and step inside the hall. The temperature was very comforting because it's air conditioned. I looked around, finding a seat for me and then I chose at the back left of the sacrament. As I walk towards the chair, suddenly someone calling me, "Simone... Simone!!!" Before I turn my face to him, I already know who is it, its my best friend, Shawn,, "Hey Shawn, would you please lower your voice, we are here in the sacrament hall can't you see it?" I said with a soft voice, "Sorry" he immediately replied with an embarrassed expression. "How'd you been?" He asked with a solemn voice, "why did you took so long?" "Um.. um... I just have a hard time last month" I replied, "ahh... because of the death of your father" he said, then I replied, "yes, sort of". To cut our conversation, cause I knew that he will ask many, I invited him to go to the comfort room. As we got inside the CR, I walked near at the faucet, then I washed my hands, and Shawn just do what I did.

Shawn was a very kind person, he can be trusted, in fact we treated each other like a brother. Sometimes he's little bit  annoying but he was fun to be with. "Um... Simone? Simone?... why are you staring in the mirror? Are thinking  something? Shawn asked with a curious expression, " Um... nothing, I just really can't stop looking my handsome face" I replied with a smile, "oh really? okey fine!" He stated with annoyed face. "Hey Shawn let's go, the sacrament is about  to start" I said, "okey, let's go"
