Thirty Seven: I need to be careful

Lauren's P.O.V

I was still at Camila's apartment waiting for her. I had been here for about four hours, but she texted me that she was on her way home. I was currently laying down in her sofa flicking her channels. I had been here for the last hour, wondering to myself if maybe Camila and I should tell Taylor what has been going on? I knew it wouldn't go down well if I told her that I have been having sex with her best friend behind her back for weeks now, she would probably slap me. At least all the lies would stop, then in the other hand Camila and I were only hooking up no strings attached, so how would I explain that one to her?

"I came with doughnuts and coffee." She called out as she entered the apartment.
"It's the least you can do after you left me here all day." I called bacK

Camila was soon standing in front of me, hand on her hip, and her brow cocked

"It was your choice to stay babe not mine." She laughed "Plus my best friend comes before you." She added sticking her tongue out at me

I wasn't gonna argue with that, Taylor should come before me, the same way Taylor comes before Camila, I know it may not seem that way what we are doing behind her back, but it's the truth. Camila came over, lifting my feet off her sofa

"Get your stinky ass shoes off my sofa Lauren." She laughed sitting down next to me, handing me my coffee, and the bag of doughnuts

I got stuck right in since I haven't eaten yet, never wanted to help myself to her food when she's not here. I offered Camila one, but she refused since she already eaten breakfast and lunch.

"I'm curious why hanging around here? Not like I mind, but don't you have better things to do than hang out with me all day?" She asked

I could've been doing other things and I still have a chance to fly to Vegas to see Vero and meet my friends, but I never wanted to. For some strange reason I just wanted to hang out with Camila

"I just wanna hang out with all day, is that alright?" I asked
"Yes of course Lolo." She smiled

It has been a while I chilled out in one place doing whatever. I need to have more days like this rather that my usual crap I get up to. I was happy to stay here with Camila, watch movies and order take outs for dinner.

"How about we watch the notebook and order us Chinese?" I suggested
"Sounds good, but I need to shower first." She laughed

That is very true she never took a shower since Taylor came this morning and she had to get out of the house as soon as she could. I however got once since I've been at Camila's all day. I looked at her smirking and she knew what that smirk for. I was asking if she wanted some company in the shower. Camila laughed, shaking her head, and heard through the shower. Is that a yes or no?

"Are you coming you horny fuck? She called to me

"It never took for me to get up from the sofa, strip down from my clothes and join her in the shower. Gotta love shower, it's always fun especially with Camila.

Camila and I are currently cuddling up on her sofa, yes I cuddle so what? I like cuddles as much as the next girl, just prefer sex than cuddles, but tonight I was in a cuddling mood which Camila found strange at first, but gave me what I wanted. I was sitting behind her, her back to my front and my draped over her waist, I was actually really feeling comfortable, yet still feeling a little strange at the same time.

"Camz, do you think we should tell Taylor?" I asked while stroking her arm
"Tell her what exactly Lauren? That you and I are hooking up? Maybe if it was something else it would be different, but it isn't." She said "she would hate me more because it is only sex." She added rolling around to face me
"Yeah you're probably right. I just hate lying to her." I sighed
"I know I do too, but we tried stopping, but that never works." She said sighing too
"I know." I replied

I know whatever this was need to come to an end. I'm sure the time will come where Camila will want more than this. Need more this and that is something I will never be able to give her that. I've given her more than I should have this far. All this time I've been spending with her, that isn't me and I know the time will come when I need to walk away before she thinks she can this can become more. Yes, she is alright with what is going on at the moment, but that could change and I can't let that happen. I will worry about that when time comes.

I leaned in, pressing my lips softly against her a defense mechanism for when I don't wanna talk about things anymore even though I was the one that brought it up. She kissed me back without hesitation. Her fingers wrapped in my hair, as mine sneaked down her body, grabbing her hip, and pulling her against me. Camila pulled away at first, both of us opening our eyes and smiling. Even though both of us stopped kissing each other, neither of us moved. I took the time look at her take her up in close, she had no make up and she even looked more beautiful without it.

I have no idea what I was doing, but I was telling her the truth about her being beautiful without make up on. I pulled my hand away, not caring, not wanting too get too carried away. She was naturally beautiful, actually probably one of the most beautiful girls I've ever came across in my life. I still wonder what took me this long to notice her, probably cause she was Taylor's best friend and I've known her since she was a kid.

"I'm hungry, let's go order food." Camila said pulling away from me

I'm glad she said something because whatever was happening right there, it was starting to freak me out

"Yes let's." I said sitting up running my hands down my hair

Maybe me hanging around here all day wasn't the best idea after all, but there's no point of home anymore since it's already after seven pm. I need to be careful on what I'm doing or saying things from now
