Chapter 5: Singularity F: The Alternative World, Nivea

After securing their base at the now empty school, the group settled down to rest and regained their energy. Since she has the most number of servant, Maiya had deployed some of them to went out of the bounded field and scouted the area, not before warned them not to engaged unless being spotted. Of course, some of them stayed behind to guard the school as added protection for the three humans.

"Would you like some tea?" a voice distracted Fujimaru from his train of thought. The boy turns his attention towards the source to saw a brown haired woman, seems to be an Asian, wearing silver medieval England armour with a touch of gold lining on the edge, covering most vulnerable parts against attack with blue fabric with the same lining flowing from her hips, parted in the centre to enable movement.

Fujimaru could also see a sword poking out of the fabric, meaning that she was one of Maiya's servant. But what was most profound thing he saw was the western style golden crown on her head, sitting perfectly on the brown locks like its belong there. It held the same style as the one King Arthur wore, only much smaller and thinner looking. Was she the Queen that married the legendary King of Knight? Or someone from another era after him? After all legend has it that Guinevere was the queen in the Arthurian Era, and she's a pureblood English woman. So it's impossible for an Asian woman to be a queen in the western country, right?

"Child, is anything alright?" the woman asked, seemingly worried from the lack of respond. This had able to snapped Fujimaru out of his observation and blushed in embarrassment. "A-ah, yes. I'm alright. Please, do you have green tea?" he asked. The female servant smiled gently, nodding at the boy's request. She then pulled out a flask and opened it, pouring the content onto a cup she pulled out of the same portal she pulled the flask from. The familiar scent of green tea wafting around them before she gave him the cup.

Fujimaru was about to thanked her when one of the knights, a man with short red hair and deep blue eyes approaches them. "Lamorak, is there something I can help?" she asked, addressing the knight known as Lamorak as he kneel down in front of her in respect. "My queen, our master and his majesty requires your opinion with the plan against his majesty's counterpart," the knight informed, almost causing the teen besides the female servant to choked.

'She's Arthur's queen?!' his face practically shown his disbelieve of the new found knowledge, that the Asian woman in front of him was the Arthurian queen of England. Both of the Arthurian member chuckled softly before the queen decided to introduced herself, "I'm Queen Lin Ling Pendragon. Wife to the Alternative King Arthur Pendragon and first Duchess of Balot. I am also the second servant ruler represent one of England history. It's nice to meet you, fellow master to my own."

Everyone, except Maiya and the other Arthurian servants present was shocked to hear the introduction that the female ruler. Doctor Romani almost drop his jaws to the grown. The white hair woman slowly turns her attention; eyes widen between the two ruler servants within the room while the knights and their master somehow found the situation amusing.

"Q-queen of England? Ruler are you-" Olga Maria pointed at the female ruler, trying to form a word. The queen finds the young woman amusing, knowing that the mage wanted to confirm her word. But her husband decided to answer for her, "No, she's not joking. Lin Ling is my wife since I am an alternate version of your version of the King of Knight."

A man with long brown hair and eyes suddenly slinging his arm around the king's neck, in which causes the letter seemingly irritated at the action. "She's also my favourite sister-in-law. Ouch! damn it, Arthur! Can't you stop being a jerk to your brother?" the man said as he rubs his thigh that had being kicked by the blond king. "Nope, you know I don't like you throw all your weight on me, Kay," Arthur retorted, successfully silence the now known Kay and making his wife, tutor, master and other knights laugh at the man's plight.

"But I thought Guinevere was the queen..." Mash words somehow causes the fun atmosphere to change from joyful and warm to cold fury. A dark expression adorned King Arthur's face when he heard the name. Even some of his knights openly shown them detest at the woman's name, frowning and clicking their tongue as if the owner had done something that cause trouble to their kingdom. An animalistic growl can be heard from the knight besides Maiya, earning a quick respond from his master as the woman began to stroke through his hair, somehow managed to calm him down. On the other hand, only she and the queen had a sad expression on their face.

Seeing the gravity of the situation, the master decided it was enough. "Your majesty? Can I tell them the version of our family history?" Maiya asked, carefully as if she was walking on egg shells. The term 'version of our family history' again causes shock to descend onto the other party. "Before you accused me for lying, I'm not. But in my world, I'm actually Sir Lancelot's direct descendent and King Arthur's distance descendent from the alternative Earth called Nivea. Mizuo was a name I used in order to cover my real identity as a mage knight," the master statement earned another outrageous look from the other party, apart from Cu Chulainn who whistled in amazement.

Olga Maria already gave up questioning the alternative world travellers. But the excited look from Romani was another. "The alternative world! That's means the other historical figure also have their own living descendent! Do you know anyone beside yourself that has the same history?" he asked. "Actually, there are some. Back in Nivea some of the members 39th generation of Britain's Round Table actually a member from each family of the first generation of Knights of the Round Table. I myself represent the House of Du Lac until my brother ready to take my place," she answered.

Then, as if realizing something, Maiya turns her attention towards King Arthur who still had that dark look on his expression before moving towards her other servants. Seeing every one of them still wearing the same expression, she sighs.

"How about you and your knights returns to Camelot Island for a while, your majesty? Try to cool down yourselves before we go out to face his highness counterpart while I tell them our world and family history," she advice, and as if she was giving them her permission, the Arthurian servants began to disappeared one by one. The last to return to the island was Queen Lin Ling, who gave her a grateful smile before completely disappeared from their sight completely.

Once all her servants leave, Maiya turns her attention to the situation at hand. "Now then. How about we take a sit? This is going to take some time to retell and explain," she said, inviting them to settled down around her. Curiosity wins over cautiousness, Olga Maria decided to sit in front of her while Mash and Ritsuka settled down on her right with Cu Chulainn on her left.

Seeing this, the female master smiled before pulled out some warm snacks and beverages from a portal, teas for the Chaldean and herself as well as alcoholic beverages for the Irish man which was much to his surprise. Once they settled in, Maiya began to tell them about her world, the alternative Earth called Nivea.
