He was the youngest inmate, the only one in this wing without an ability. Atticus or at least that's what he wrote on the cell walls or whatever paper he had was his name. He was quiet, broken. With the little information you were given he was placed here by the same people who killed his parents in front of him. The people knowing he would've been mistreated, forgotten and abandoned. That no one would care....
He didn't make a sound due to the commotion, noise down the hall. Until his door was opened. He stepped out only to be practically trampled in the chaos of everyone being released.
When you reached out he back away terrified of two things. The girl whose cell was closest to his and of you. He stared, flinching upon nearly every action you tried to take.
