it didnt take long for my new family to break down.
the only person i can rant it all out on was my best friend, lee taeyong. i could only trust him... could i actually? i underestimated my friends innocence just like i underestimated my fathers before...
our so called family sat by the dining table and i noticed something was wrong with jennie. her eyes were shaking and she was picking on her skin. it was silent until we were all startled.
"im pregnant." jennie looked down, trying not to look into the eyes of her mother and step father. wow. i immediately felt sorry for her. "i was drunk and i know i needed to be more responsible.... sorry."
my parents were shook. well, jennifer was shock and my father was dangerously quiet.
"JENNIE! WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT TO US?? WHY?!" jennifer shouted and pointed fingers.
i shifted my eyes to my father who was casually taking some of his food with his spoon. "who got you pregnant?" he asks without any eye contact.

i dropped my spoon. wtf. lee taeyong got my sister pregnant? how. how could he do that?? he promised to not do anything like that before marriage.
"dont tell him about this. keep it away from him because we dont need his opinion. youre having an abortion."
"h-hyunsoo-ah..." jennifer looked at my father with 'dont do this' eyes. an abortion was definitely not the best thing. its killing a life.
