Far From Home (Viperion X Reader)

Chapter Ten

Hey guys, I'm back but maybe not for long. 

"Guys! Skunks!"

The green guy with the turtle shell shouts "Shield!" and we are covered by a sort of forcefield. I press my face to the side and the citizens are all turning into zombies. It's scary. When the green gas passes, the forcefield comes off and we are running in the direction of a large flock of birds. Okay, this is real chaos. 

Ladybug shouts orders. Cat Noir and her to the left, Carapace and Rena Rouge to the right, Queen Bee and Viperon straight ahead. And as for me, I should find my way. 

"Hey! This isn't fair. I am new here. I have no idea where I am. Why can't I go with Viperon or any of you?"

She just looks at me and scoffs. "You've got your cat. I hear they have a great sense of smell. Besides, you have no business here without a miraculous."

I look to Viperon and he has this look that says, She's the boss. He doesn't even try to protest. We have no time to loose and they all left already. I look all around me. Percy is knocking down some of the zombie-people. I am soon surrounded by an army of them. I look all around me and wait. They are coming for me slowly. At the last minute, I jump up and they all collide into one another. I smirk at my work and pretty soon, I spot Percy not so far off. A zombie is only seconds from biting into her. I quickly dive in. 

"Percy!" I grab her by the torso and kick off the zombie. 

Then, I notice a majority of them migrating towards something. I let my cat down and follow the army. I get way ahead but, then, I can spot a group of cats, big cats. Lions, cheetahs, leopards, and a puma. I am going to go crazy. Ever since I got my powers, I can't control myself around cats especially big ones. I wanted a Lion once but Leah took me to therapy. Now, I won't even think of it. But, this huge group of cats! I am leaping towards them already like a cat chasing rats. Well, a cat chasing cats. I land in front of the group, led by the puma. I can't help but reach out and stroke it's nose. Any normal person who saw me would think I'm crazy. It snarls at me and I see a purple sign appear on it's face. Whoa! That's weird. But, I am in a city where superheros and supervillains are a regular occurrence. 

"I am a cat too you know?" I say. It's not true but, it might as well be.

"What's your miraculous?" He asks me. I am taken aback. 

"You can talk?" He looks at me like I am crazy. "I - I don't have one."

The purple butterfly sign appears on his face again. He is distracted. I see a ring on it's left paw and I touch it. He withdraws the paw but my grip is firm and I snatch the ring off. I hear someone scream behind me. 

"Cataclysm!" I drop the ring in shock but Cat Noir is fast enough and he destroys it. Ladybug shows up and captures the butterfly in her yo-yo. Then, she yells. "Miraculous Ladybug!" 

I see lots of tiny ladybugs circling everything. Everything goes back to normal. Animals are back in their cages and citizens are returning to normal. It's magical!
