"i'm gonna go shower real quick" i tell the guys as i head upstairs and shower, i change to some sweatpants and a old tee.
"did the guys leave?" i tell catherine as i grab a water.
"they went to go shower in the guest room" she says as i get elle.
"come on elle" i say as we head down the hall by the guest room. "ready to scare the boys?" i say as we knock on the door waiting a few seconds as we hear the door open.
"boo!" elle and i say as daniel jumps a little.
"aw you got me" daniel says chuckling.
"yay" elle says clapping. i look up seeing daniel shirtless, hot dang.
"makayla?" daniel says as he snaps me out of my thought.
"yes?" i say smiling.
"you spaced out for a second" he says chuckling.
"sorry" i say as elle trys going to daniel.
"aw come here" daniel says as he carries her. "so, you ready for your first night back in?" he says closing the door behind him.
"eh, not really i mean i keep on getting the flashbacks." i say sighning.
"hey you're gonna be fine, it'll take time to adjust" he says grabbing my chin lifting up for me to look at his beautiful blue eyes.
"yeah, by the way do you guys wanna stay over? or at least watch a movie? i'm sure austin and catherine are fine with it" i say as he plays with elle making her giggle.
"sorry, yeah i'm sure the guys would want to" he says smiling.
"you're really good with kids aren't you" i say chuckling.
"i guess you can say i'm a baby whisperer" he says making me chuckle. "sorry what's that?" daniel says pertending elle was whispering to him. "yup, she is beautiful" he says. "sorry we were having a conversation about you being the most beautiful girl" he says making me blush.
"why thank you" i say. "i'm gonna go tell catherine and austin, and make some popcorn" i say.
"and i'll go finish changing" he says chuckling.
"i'll see you later then" i say as he gives me elle hugging her inbetween as he gives me a kiss on the cheek making me blush. i grab elle as we go back to the kitchen.
"why are you so smiley huh?" catherine says grinning.
"nothing" i say looking down.
"your cheeks aren't saying that" she points out.
"okay maybe something happened" i say sitting on the counter. "daniel might or might have not called me beautiful and kissed my cheek" i say as her face lightens up.
"ah makayla! omg! your first 'kiss'" she says air quoting the word kiss.
"i bet he's just doing it because i like him" i say.
"or he likes you?!" catherine says.
"it's no big deal it was just a quick kiss on the cheek i mean it's happened before.." i say realizing i just exposed myself.
"theres been a before!" catherine says getting all happy.
"oh my" i say chuckling.
"ahh omg, wait you need the tal-"
"no, please i know, plus it doesn't mean anything i bet" i say stopping her.
"aww imagine daniel and makayla MANIEL!" catherine says as i cover her mouth.
"not so loud please!" i say.
"not so loud for what?" austin says coming in the kitchen.
"nothing!" catherine and i say at the same time.
"mmh, have the guys come out yet?" austin says.
"not yet, i think they might be changing, wait where are they getting the clothes from?" i ask as i get a popcorn bag, putting it in the microwave.
"mine, there like all the same size" austin says making me chuckle.
"oh well, makayla was saying the boys were staying for a movie" catherine says grinnign at me.
"if that's okay" i say.
"sure, but no touching" austin says as i playfully eyeroll.
"okay" i say chuckling as the microwaves beeps signaling the popcorn was ready, i put it in a bowl taking it to the living room.
"boo" daniel says from behind making me yell.
"oh my globe you scared me" i say as he laughs.
"my bad" he says.
"catherine?" i ask going to the kitchen.
"yeah?" she says feeding elle some cookies.
"do you know where i can get blankets?" i ask.
"upstairs closet by the bathroom" she says.
"thank you" i say going gby the staircase.
"do you need any help?" daniel says.
"if you want to help sure" i say going to the closet seeing some blankets on the floor as i sit down.
"exhausted?" daniel says leaning by the door.
"yup" i say as i pat my side. "who knew moving back was gonna tire me" i say chuckling.
"well, i mean at leat you're done" he says grabbing my hand.
"true" i say as i put my head on his shoulder, the room or should i say closet going quiet.
"Makayla! Daniel!" Corbyn says making us jump, we grab the blankets and head downstairs.
"yeah?" daniel says as we hand each boy a blanket.
"what are we watching?" jonah says.
"what do you want to see?" i ask.
"whatever" jack says.
"yeah i'm down for anything" zach adds.
"so lady and the tramp sound fine to you?" i say smiling.
"yup" the guys say as we all get adjusted and watch the movie, little by little i would put my head on daniel's shoulder, as he grabbed my hand under the blanket. as time went by slept took over me.
