Lila's POV

"Mr. Agreste I have a video of Chat Noir's identity!" I explain. Mister Agreste watches the video and anger fills his eyes. "Impossible!" He growls. "Mr. Agreste I know this is a surprise but I know how we can get Ladybug akumatized now. 

Adrien's POV

I wake up the next day excited to see my Buganette. I walk downstairs and I'm greeted by my father and.. Lila? "Good morning Adrien!" Lila says excitedly. "What do you want Lila?" I grumble. "Adrien were hear to talk to you about this." My father says showing me a phone. There's a video playing on it. It's of me detransfoming! I gasp. "Yes Adrien I was shocked myself." My father says. "But if you want to keep your identity a secret and your girlfriend safe you need to do as I say." "I'll so anything to keep her safe." I say. "Well Adrien you will do as I say." "Adrien I want you to be Lila's boyfriend." My father explains. I gasp "No but that will hurt Marinette!" I realize. "Yes but do want this posted online.?" Lila asks. "No I don't bu-" "Then come on what do you have to obey your father." Lila says. I sigh and grab onto her hand. WE walk out side by side and walk to school. When we get there I see Marinette and Lila must too so she tightens her grip and gives me a kiss on the cheek. Luckily Marinette doesn't notice. We walk into class and there is one question that has been bothering me. Why does my father care some much about this?

Marinette's POV

I'm so excited! All my friends are back, I have an amazing boyfriend, and Hawkmoth hasn't released any akumas in a couple days. Life is great! Another great thing is that there's a huge dance coming up! I have the perfect dress for it. I'm totally going to ask him today! I know he'll say yes. I continue walking with my B.F.F and we go to find Adrien. Well I'm mostly looking for Adrien, Alya keeps asking me questions. "Ok girl, so this is a good one... do you like Chat Noir?" Alya asks. "Oh yes I do, I love him!" I explain staring at Adrien's golden locks. 

Alya and I walk into the class side by side talking. We take our old seats in the front of the room. The class settles and we wait for the teacher to come in. We don't notice Adrien going up to the front of the room.

Adrien's POV

I can't do this! But I need to for Marinette. I clear my throat and everyone quiets staring at me. "Good morning everyone!" I exclaim. "As you know there is a dance coming up and I want to ask a special girl to the dance. Lila will you come up here?" I cringe as I watch Marinette's mouth fly open. I continue what I rehersed. "I wanted to let you all know that Marinette is a liar!" Everyone gasps. "Marinette, I have also lied to you, I don't love you one bit! I hate you and I can't call you my partner anymore." Then I lean in to give Lila a kiss. 

Marinette's POV

"I don't love you one bit! I hate you and I can't call you my partner anymore!"

 My boyfriend/partner says. I gasp. All of my friends place a hand on my shoulder. I can't help it. The tears pour out of my eyes like a waterfall. I try to stop but I can't. Alya glares at Adrien 

"How could you say that! After all Mari's done for us!" 

"I'm sorry Alya, but I have a new bugaboo now!" Adrien replies. My classmates gasp.

 "Wait, you're Chat Noir?" Alya asks.

 "You've legit been in love with Marinette for almost a year!" 

"Sorry Alya, Mylady some people just change." 

"Adrien, how could you do this?" I ask as he kisses my enemies cheek. I watch him chuckle and I race out of the room. "Marinette wait!" Alya cries but I don't listen. I run all around Paris. I run until I can't feel my legs. Soon I have to stop. I sit on the ground frustrated with the world. I don't see the akuma fly toward me.

"Hello Ladybug." I instantly know who the voice belongs to. 

I don't resist it.
