Kaminari POV

The UA entrance exam was today. Mei was sitting on the couch texting on her phone as usual. My step mother was doing dishes. And Hinata was sitting at the counter as usual, acting as if All Might himself just personally accepted him into UA just for existing. Hinata had a quirk that let him control flames. The only problem was he couldn't admit fire. I sat down next to him at the kitchen counter. He was going on about how he was bound to get in. I chuckled a bit, Hinata whipped his head around. "Its not like YOUR getting in retart!" He snapped. "Well what are you gonna do Hinata? Start rubbing twigs to gather trying to make a fire!" I yelled. He growled and stormed up to his room.

~Time Skip~

3rd Person POV

Kaminari waited outside the archway leading into the fake city. Luckily, Hinata wasn't in the same section as him. Before the blonde knew it the gates where open and everyone ran in.
Kaminari was doing pretty good. It didn't take strong volts to fry the robots. So, he could easily take about 5 out at a time without going brain dead. As the students earned more points for themselves, they noticed something small floating over them. The mystery items landed and fire started to spread. Flames engulfed the fake buildings. "Is it someone's quirk?" "Any water quirks here?!" "The robots are burning!" All the teenagers ran around trying to put out the massive flames. Some people got burned badly. The gates that led into the "city" opened. Students hastily ran out of the burning city. Kaminari followed the crowd. There weren't enough people with water based quirks to put out the fire. As soon as the last student ran out, all the fire lifted off the ground. 'Hinata'...Kaminari thought to himself.

~Time Skip~

Kaminari sat in the small room in the basement. This room was incredibly small, it was about as big as a small walk in closet. Today was the day the letters from UA where supposed to arrive. Finally, there was a knock on the door. Kaminari quickly ran out of the cold basement. He opened the door just as the mail truck drove away. He turned to the mailbox and opened it. Inside where two vanilla envelope with wax seals. He looked at the top one: Hinata Kaminari. Hinata wasn't home. Denki walked into his room. He put Hinata's letter on his desk and looked at his. He took a deep breath and opened the letter. Inside was a round black disc. Kaminari went to grab it, when a hologram projected itself over it. It was a hologram of All Might. "Denki Kaminari! You have been accepted into UA!" Hologram All Might said, "Class 1A, on x/x/xxxx!".

A/N: I don't know what date they started school ;-;

Kaminari couldn't believe it. Nothing really good like this ever happened to him! He was so excited that sparks of lightning appeared around him. Just then there was a bang on the door. His step mother and siblings were here to ruin everything. He grabbed Hinatas letter and ran upstairs. He opened the door to see his step mom, holding bags of stuff she bought for her kids. She walked in and Mei followed behind. Kaminari held out the letter to Hinata. Hinata snatched the letter, "Mom! My letter came!" He yelled. "Aw that's great! I'm sure you got accepted." The women responded. Hinata ran up to his room. Kaminari wanted to know weather his step brother go in or not. He followed close behind and peeled into Hinata's room. Hinata ripped open the letter and quickly turned on the hologram. A very angry All Might projected out a of it. "DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE DAMAGE YOU CAUSED?! Bringing any items inside the testing grounds is not permitted let alone a lighter!" The Hologram yelled.
Kaminari's heart sank, Hinata MADE the fire too? Kaminari though the fire was just back lash from someone's quirk. Hinata brought a lighter onto the battle section, made little bits of fire, floated them all over to the other battle section, let the fire spread, and then floated it back over to use. The hologram All Might was finishing up his lecture, "I'm sorry Hinata Kaminari, but you haven't been accepted into UA" and the hologram ended.
