"Okay, that's enough." Jaebum said as he pushed the girl off of him a little.

"Already?" The girl asked, sounding disappointed.

"Yes already, you can leave now." Jaebum said in a bored tone as he checked his phone.

"I'm not gonna leave." The girl snapped at him.

"Then I'll go." Jaebum sighed, he was already tired of the girl's voice.

Jaebum pushed himself off the lockers as he walked away, ignoring the calls of the girl. He thought of Jinyoung's face when he saw them and was instantly filled with regret. He admits that it was a petty move on his part to kiss her.

"Whatever." He whispered to himself as he made his way to class.

Actually, he was too annoyed to go to class so he scratched that and changed his direction to the restrooms instead.

"You have nobody to blame but yourself and Jaebum, so stop sulking." Mark finally snapped when Jinyoung wouldn't even pay attention in class.

"I don't wanna be mated to a random person." Jinyoung said, a bit too loudly since it turned a few heads and murmurs were heard.

"Way to go, now everyone's gonna know about that." Mark rolled his eyes at Jinyoung.

Jinyoung gave Mark a small pout and looked around to see the curious looks and stares he had gathered. But with a blank look from Jinyoung, they turned their heads and minded their own business. 

"What am I gonna do Mark?" Jinyoung asked, slightly pulling at his hair.

"Well right now, you should pay attention to the teacher. I don't want you to get into more trouble with your parents." Mark suggested.

Jinyoung gave him a sigh and a nod as he gave up and started paying attention to the teacher, realizing how behind he actually was.

"Did you hear?" Jackson asked, leaning against the sink as he looked towards Jaebum with a nervous look.

"About what?" Jaebum asked, sending Jackson a look that told him to stop acting weird.

"Oh just about that Jinyoung thing..." Jackson trailed off as he tried to decipher what Jaebum was feeling.

Jaebum's heart skipped a beat when he heard Jinyoung's name but instead of letting it show, he just scoffed and crossed his arms over his chest.

"And why should I keep up with his life?" Jaebum asked, although he hoped Jackson would tell him anyway.

"I thought you told me you guys were soulmates?" Jackson asked, confusion taking over his face. Jaebum looked at Jackson with a blank face.

What the fuck does he mean by that? Jaebum thought, watching Jackson's face.

"We are, why would I lie about this?" Jaebum asked, a little insulted.

"Then why is he getting mated with another person?" Jackson finally dropped the bomb and Jaebum felt dread sink into his stomach.

"What do you mean by that?" Jaebum narrowed his eyes on Jackson.

"I mean, that he said that he doesn't want to be mated to a random person in class." Jackson said, intimidated by Jaebum's glare.
