Jakes POV
I feel them pat me down
Co- weed in the back pocket
J- that's not mine they put that in there
Co- shut up

Those guys leave and I feel one knee on my back instead of two
C- what did I say about not getting into trouble
J- I don't want to hear it Chris
Co- Chris we got the other two here
I look up and see chanthony in cuffs in the officers grips. I see Trevor and David trying to hold Erika back
T- Erika you can't go there
D- he's okay we promise
Those guys are the two other people I trust they are like family. I look the other way not wanting to look at her. I start to squirm to get out of his grip
C- stop
He puts more pressure on me to keep me still. I listen to the radio
R- two boys in our car you put that one in your car

I look up and see the teachers trying to get the kids in the class.
J- ayo Chris
C- what
J- can we go
C- we trying to clear things up before we go in the car
J- can we play drake on the way there *laughs*
C- anything for you buddy
J- really
C- just shut up
C- okay let's go
He stands up and grabs the chain of the cuffs. He lifts me up and I stable my feet
J- can you wipe the blood from my nose with me shirt
He quickly does it
C- walk
T- nothing will happen to him erika
D- how bout we go in the other hall
J- *whispers* fuck
We head through the door and out to the cars. The window of the cop cars are open
J- chanthony, thanks guys I'll repay you guys
I scream out not knowing what car they are in. I get pushed on to the front of the car so Chris can search me again
J- can I see my girlfriend before I go
C- name
J- Erika Costell
C- Nate
N- yea
C- go in there and look for an Erika Costell I'll let him see his girlfriend before he goes
He runs inside and he continues to search me.
J-I appreciate that
He opens the back door and brings me to stand beside it. The other cop cars leave except for three. I watch erika walk out the front door and walk over to me Chris moves away a bit
E- why would you do that
I shrug my shoulders
E- why
J- ... I'm the bad kid
E- you were but you changed
J- well I guess we are back where we started aren't we
C- Jake 2 more minutes
E- I guess we are
J- I'll see you later. My keys are in my bag for you to get home
E- *sighs* okay
E- I'm only gonna kiss you because I don't know the next time I'll see you
J- fair
She goes on her tippy toes and gives me a solid kiss. She backs away and I get pushed into the car. He gets in the car and drives off
J- thanks for letting me see her
He nods his head
Erika's POV
I got Trevor to drive Jakes car so he could take it to Jakes. I put my bag on my dresser and Jakes bag in my closet. Morgan walks in and lays on my bed and I go into the bathroom.
M- I saw what happened
E- didn't everyone?
M- yeah I guess
E- you can't tell dad
M- I wasn't going to
E- you have to promise
M- I promise
I walk out and stand at the end of the bed
E- out
M- come on
E- now
M- your no fun
She gets up shuts the door on her way out. I do some home work and I just chill in my room. I take a shower and think of Jake. I get out and getting changed. I go to my bed and lay there
3 am
Erika's pov
I lay on my side looking at the window waiting for Jake to come sneaking in. Since my dads not here till sometime next week Jake could have been in here. I get up and turn the lamp on. I go into closet and grab Jakes bag. I throw it in my bed. I open the front pocket and I pull out two juuls, gum and a lighter. I also take out my chapstick, MY chapstick. I put those on my side table. I lean back in the head board and push the covers back. I go into his left side pocket it's all money. This guy actually walks around with that much money in his bag. I close it and open the right side pocket. I pull out four pictures. The first one is me and jake kissing. The second one is a picture of me from behind. The third one is me in my bikini. The last one is a mirror picture of Jake standing behind me with his hands on my waist and chin on my shoulders. I tear falls down my face and I put them down. I go into the bag and pull out a blue sweater and a black Long sleeve. I take out a piece of paper with doodles in it. It's has rik + jake in a heart and then just random scribbles around it. I grab another gray long sleeve. I put everything back in there except the hoodie and the long sleeves. I put the hoodie on and I shut the light off and I lay down.
Jakes POV
I lay on the bottom bunk with three other guys. I start to hear guys get up and stuff. I get up and use the bathroom. I get out of my cell and go sit at a table and wait for chanthony. I have another 3 months of this bullshit

I just want everyone to know that they should be in jail for much longer but for the sake of the book it's only three. Whatever happens in the jail in this book will not be how it actually is. The boys should be expelled but they aren't going to be to keep the story going
