Jakes POV
I got home yesterday and I get to go back to school today . I haven't seen anyone since the day I left only chanthony and no one knows we are coming back. I take a shower and yesterday I got a fresh cut. i look at my self in the mirror and see how much I changed. I don't know how it's possible but I got stronger and my muscles are more defined. I slip on some denim ripped jeans with black Nike's. I put on a white shirt and my new leather jacket. I brush my teeth and fix my hair up a bit. I grab my black bag and take everything out except the things in my little pockets. I put a juul in my pocket and I leave for school. I go pick chanthony up and drive to school
C- do you think it's gonna be different
J- maybe
An- no clue
We make it to school and I park in the back. I grab my bag and put in on my back and walk with the boys behind me. Chance to my left and Anthony to my right.
J- you boys ready
C- yeah
An- yeah
I push open the door and that school smell comes back to me. We all step in and everyone stops and moves out of the way and just stare at us. I look back at the boys and smile. We start our walk down the hallway. I see Morgan and she smiles at me and I do the same back and wink. As we walk more into the school people notice us and part ways. I slow down my walk as we get to my locker. I shove my bag in there and we go to chances and then we turn the corner going to Tony's. The bell rings and kids run to there classes. We get stopped by the principal
P- boys I want the absolute best behaviour
J- hey we will try
C- we promise
P- I mean it or next time you guys are out
An- we mean it too
We walk down the English hallway and I stop
J- shit I'm scared
An- dude your fine you got sexier in jail
C- he is right
We all laugh and we continue our walk till we stand outside the closed door. I put my hand on the handle and twist. I push the door open and walk in. I run my hand through my hair. i see that the teacher is not in here for some reason. I keep my eyes on my shoes until I stand beside my desk at the back of the class and there's a kid sitting in it Sitting close to Erika.

J- your in my spot
?- you were never sitting here
J- you gonna fucking move or am I gonna make you
I don't give him time to answer and I drag his chair from behind him with him still on in. I hear the class laugh and I grab another chair and sit in it at the desk. I grab his books off the desk and look at him. I reach out and he grabs them. I pull my phone out and I go on Instagram. I get a text from chanthony
An- who was that?
C- he new?
J- never seen this guy but if he gets me in trouble I'm going to Cali
C- count me in. The babes the sun the trees
An- down
I look over to Erika who has her head down doing work. The teacher walks in
J- ayo mr. T
Te- I see you boys are back
C- you bet
J- how's the wife?
Te- good
J- kids?
Te- good thanks for asking
J- my pleasure
I look across the room looking for Max's. I see him and get up and stand in front of him and putting my head near his ear

J- who was that kid
M- Patrick
J- what's his deal
M- he got close to your girl while you were gone. I tried to get rid of him but he wouldn't stop going back to her.
J- your kidding
M- nope
I lean back and look at the kid. I dap Max's up and go behind chanthony and lean down pulling them closer

I look back at rocky
J- eh enjoy it
R- rather not
J- tony go get your girl
I pull him back in his chair and I go back to chance

J- he got close to Erika
C- shit

I get up and I walk back to my seat and sit. I slightly turn my head and look at Erika.

Te- yes
J- bathroom
Te- go
I get up and walk out the class room. I walk in the halls and see Morgan. I go behind her and put my arm around her shoulder
M- the big guy out of jail
J- you got that right
M- if I'm being honest-
J- you missed me
M- *smiles* yeah
J- see I'm the life of the party
M- how was it
J- okay
M- don't go again
J- i won't trust me
M- you know my dad is pretty mad at you and Erika
J- why her
M- he didn't really trust you
J- no one does I'm used to it
M- but you were different around us You cared

We get to Morgan's class and I stand in the doorway
J- miss take care of my girlfriend
M- Jake
J- bye babe
I walk away going back to our class room. The guy is back in my spot talking to Erika. The bell rings and me and the guys head to science because we got no books. We get there early and I grab change and put him in a headlock. Then tony jumps on my back and holds on. Then a couple kids start to come in
