I stared at Tycer. I tried processing and thought about what he said. "Wait..what?! Who?!" I said sternly and a hint of worry in my voice. I already knew the answer by Tycer's expression. To me, it also seemed as if Adam didn't know. He would of said something as well. "I think it's Mako's doing....." Tycer said. "Please tell me Adam doesn't know about...Mako.." I said, looking at Tycer. "No...he doesn't...but that doesn't matter. We are going at war... Adam is bound to know soon enough." Tycer said and handed me a scroll. It was about the war, and who started it. It was another kingdom....but, Mako.... I stopped looking at the scroll. Fear in my eyes. My eyes soon got dark, and cloudy. Tycer put a supportive hand on my shoulder. I knew what was right, and so did he. "Well....I-I don't know what to do....I've never had to deal with wars and all that..let alone being in a war...Tycer can you help me?" I asked. "I know I still owe you, because you help me so much..Tycer I-" Before I could finish, Tycer stopped me.
"Hey, I'll help you. Its pretty much my job." Tycer jokingly said. I shook my head. "Well... thanks." I said with a small smile. Tycer nodded then started to walk out of the room, leaving me to my thoughts. Before he could leave, I grabbed him by his arm and pulled him into a hug. I just felt bad that he always had to help me. But I am greatful I have a friend like him. He was almost like a brother to me. I then let him go and watched him leave. I sighed. now that I knew about this war, I was more scared. Knowing that this was Mako's doing.I really wanted to go back to the over-world. But I also wanted to stay and help the kingdom. I didn't know what to do. Luckily I had Tycer to help me, and Adam...but mainly Tycer.
Anyhow, I had to figure this out. I started to plan out attack. I was hoping that the other kingdom wouldn't make it to our kingdom. I grabbed some paper and a map, and started drawing out our plan of attack.
After a half hour, tycer walked in. I was still planning. Tycer decided to help me.
After a while, we stopped to take a break. We hid the plans so no one would see them. As soon as we put them away, we heard a knock at the door. It was Adam. I sighed then said, "Come in..." Adam then walked in, looking at me more than Tycer. This couldn't be good. "Yes?" I said. "Ehem...Coda, what are you doing?" Adam asked. I looked at Tycer, to see if I should say the truth or not. Tycer nodder, as in saying I should. I then grabbed the scroll, and went up to Adam. He took it, and looked it over, his eyes going wide. "Why didn't you tell me sooner?!" Adam asked now mad. I looked down for a minute, then looked back up and said, "Because I already have a plan..?" I said almost questioning myself.
Adam shook his head, and looked at Tycer, then at me again. "Well...show me then.." Adam said. I nodded, grabbing my battle plans. "We are going to go tomorrow night, and attack from here." I said, pointing at where we would go.
(You guys will find out soon enough!)Adam nodded understanding...sorta.
After explaining and talking about the plan. Adam went out of my room to inform others that would join us in battle. I looked at Tycer and he said, "Good job Coda! I think this will really work. We did good." I nodded in agreement.
I was hoping that this will work.
Tomorrow would be the day, of our battle.
