I laid down on my bed, staring at the ceiling. I wasn't ready for tomorrow. I was worried to lead and go into battle, but it was what I had to do. I closed my eyes, falling asleep. Tomorrow would be a new day. Battle day.

(OhMyGoodness I cant- sorry)
-Time Skip-
(Bruh-)

The sun was rising, hitting my face, waking me up. I yawned then sat up. My eyes darted around the room, before landing on something glowing under my hoodie. I got up, and took off my hoodie, before moving some clothes on the floor around. Underneath the fabric was my black crescent Moon necklace my mother gave me before passing away. It was glowing blue around the moon.

I sighed picking it up. I put it around my neck, clipping it on. I then looked at my right upper shoulder, the same dark grey, almost black crescent Moon on my shoulder. I put another hoodie on, so it was covered. I guess I had to keep it covered cause it meant something special. I wasn't sure what. But apparently some wars start because of the Moons glow. I sighed, not wanting to think about it. But then it hit me.
What if the war is about me?!
(I mean, it's more about- ya know what never mind)
Mako knew....."Oh no.." I said quietly to myself. This war is Mako's doing. What if he really does know?! I thought. I shook my head. He couldn't know...could he? I sat at the edge of my bed...thinking.

-Time Skip- again-
(oh my goodness—- why so many)

Hours passed, and I looked up. It was time to lead them to battle.
(Wait already...?)
I stood up putting some armor on,
(Where did that even come from...? Where is it!!?)
and heard a knock at my door. "Coming.." I said and put on the last piece of armor. I went to the door, while grabbing my sword, putting it in my holster on my back. I opened the door, and saw Tycer. He was in armor, and had a sword in it's holster at the side. I nodded a little, and me and him walked down the stairs. We went to the doors to go outside. When I opened them I saw Adam and our soldiers ready for battle as well. I nodded to Adam and we all started "marching" to the battle field.
(Where ever that is-)
I was nervous, and I could tell Tycer knew.
(I mean I would be to)
I tried to shake the feeling away, but it was hard. So I tried to ignore it, but that was hard to. "Hey..it'll be okay." I heard Tycer whisper to me. I slightly nodded, letting him know I heard him. I knew we were getting closer and closer to the battle field.

My anxiety, fear, and so much more built up in me. I held in all my tears and everything else.

Finally we arrived, the other soldiers across from us. I took a deep breath, and held up my hand, making my troop stop. I learned alot from Adam, and I knew how to do this. I had to lead today. I took a few steps forward. I saw the other royal, king and or prince.
He had dark brown hair, and a bit of red at the ends of his hair.
He did the same, stepping forward, but had someone go with him. The others face was covered.
We met in the middle. The person next to the prince then pulled down his mask, revealing himself. "Hello Coda.." I heard him say. It was Mako.
I knew it! He allied with them! The prince, I now knew was a prince...looked at Mako. Me and the prince looked at each other in the eye, nodded, then we both stepped back. I stood beside Tycer.
"The prince is Ivan, by the way." Tycer whispered to me. "Also...how and why did Mako join them?!" Tycer said now clearly upset.
Minutes passed quickly. Things escalated quickly as well. Blood everywhere. Swords clinging together. Bullets firing and fire everywhere. I was battling Ivan, our swords hitting and clashing together. Without hesitation, I made a blue fire ball in my fist, and blasted him backwards. He stumbled back and fell. My back turned for a short second, and bullets flew at me. A crossfire.. Bullets coming both ways. I quickly dodged them. It was hard. The bullets where fast. But I was faster..somehow.

I slid to a stop, and turned to face the snipers. I smirked, then put up a small fire ring barrier around them. The flames enclosing on the the two. I turned back to Ivan, but he was....gone?! No! I huffed annoyed, my eyes darting around to find him. I clenched my fist. Suddenly, something or someone knocked me down onto the ground. Ivan!
I grunted as I hit the ground hard. I turned facing him. His sword was pointed at my neck, as I laid on the ground. Mako was next to him, smirking. "I told you to stay out of the way. Now you will die. Just like your mother.. Though I didn't kill her. But a friend of mine did. I'm glad." Mako said, whispering the last part to me. I got more upset as he said that.
This can't be how I die!
The sword got closer to my neck.
"Either your little friend dies. Or you give in now." Ivan suddenly said, and I saw Tycer, he looked awful. I had to save him.
What do I do?! I can't break free! I have to save Tycer and the kingdom.
The glow around the moon on my necklace started to show. I closed my eyes. I had no choice now. I had to....Fight back.
I had to reveal my secret.
