Sarah’s POV

 

At tinotoo nga nito ang sinabi nitong pupunta siya sa bahay, it’s already 3:12 a.m by the way.

Convo over the phone:

Matt: Love, andito ako ngayon sa vacant lot na malapit sa inyo.

Sarah: Ang tigas din talaga ng ulo mo ‘no? Umuwi ka na…

Matt: Kung hindi mo ako pupuntahan dito, ako ang papasok diyan---

Sarah: Nakakainis ka talaga! Wait for me there…

 

Katulad ng dating gawi ay hiningi ko ang tulong ni Ate Charie para makatakas at makabalik ng hindi namamalayan nila Mommy.

Nakita ko itong nakatayo doon sa labas ng mini cooper niya. Nakayuko ito kaya hindi ako kaagad nakita.

Sarah: So, anong pinunta mo---

 

I didn’t finsh what I’m about to say because he immediately pulled me for a hug.

I felt how fast his heartbeat is.

Matt: Love, please tell me we’re good.

Sarah: We’re good but we’re not okay… (Malamig kong sabi dito)

 

He then loosen his hug and hold both of my shoulders.

Matt: Love, it’s admittedly my fault. But you have to understand, I’m also caught up in situation.

I really intend to have your permission---- (He saw how serious my face was)

 

Okay… It’s really my fault.

 

But I didn’t say anything at all.

Matt: Love, magsalita ka naman oh. I’m more afraid when you’re not saying anything.

Sarah: There’s nothing for me to say.

Sarah: I don’t know… We can’t undone things, you know.

I smirked in disbelief of what he just said.

Matt: Okay, sorry… But I hope we’re stronger than this.

Sarah: Matt, I told you we’re good. But please give me time to think things over. ‘Wag mo akong pilitin kung hindi pa okay.

 

He pulled me again for a hug, tighter this time.
