Day Six

I looked over to the balcony finding her standing facing the beach. Her brown hair was blowing in the breeze and her eyes were closed, taking in the smell. She took in a deep breath and slowly let it out, letting her hand run along the bannister. I watched her in awe. Everything she did was beautiful. Every movement, every breath, every hum of a song, every word. All beautiful.

I got off the bed and walked out behind her, wrapping my arms around her waist. My head rested on her shoulder as I placed a gentle kiss on her neck. She smiled.

"Can we swim with the dolphins?"

"Anything you want to do, we will do."

"It's been a dream ever since I was a little girl."

"Then swimming with dolphins it is."

She turned around and placed a kiss on my lips. "I love you."

"I love you more."

"I won't argue with you, Clifford. I love you more."

"Then don't argue with me, Clifford. I love you more."

She smiled, it was her way of giving in, or perhaps just a way of saying 'I'll get you next time'. Either way, I had known I won this round.

"Let's go swim with some dolphins."

I smirked, "okay."
