Ellie stays in the hospital for two weeks. Soon after she returns home, Akira comes running into the penthouse. "Thomas! Ellie!" she yells, "You need to come with me!"

"Kara?" Ellie says confused, "What's going on?"

"It's my mom! She...there was an accident! She's in the hospital right now! Please come with me!"

"Alright, we'll have to take Gray with us. Lead the way." They leave the building and Kara drives to the hospital. Once they arrive at the hospital, Gray drags Thomas over to the play area. Ellie sits down next to Kara.

"Hey," Ellie says softly. Akira doesn't answer right away. "Akira?" Ellie reaches out and gently places her hand on Kara's shoulder.

"What?" Kara answers startled.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to startle you. Do you know what happened?"

"No, no one would tell me. They just said it was a pretty serious accident."

"Well, whatever happens I'm here for you. Please, don't shut me out. I'll do anything that'll make you feel better."

"Thanks Ellie..."

A few hours pass before Julia comes out. She walks over to Ellie and Kara and sits down. "Akira," she whispers, "I'm sorry, we did everything we could, but your mother..."

"No!" Kara yells. She stands up. "No! She can't be!"

"Akira, I'm sorry. When she came in her head was injured badly, even if she did live she wouldn't have been the same person."

"No, no, no, you're lying..."

Ellie is silently processing the information. Julia looks over to her and asks, "Ellie? Sweetheart?"

"What happened?" Ellie asks.

"Ellie, I can't..."

"Tell me what happened!"

"It was...very much like you're parent's deaths. There were two other officers with her. Whoever did this, took them out first. We don't have any information on what really happened. The scene of the crime looked exactly like..."

Ellie pales and whispers, "Oh god. Oh no..."

"Ellie?" Julia says, "What is it? Do you know something?"

"I...I had a dream about this...I thought it was my parents...I thought it was just memories...I should have told someone...maybe if I had, then..."

"You had a dream about this?" Akira asks quietly.

"Yes, I did. I didn't know it was Mila! I thought it was a memory of my parents! I'm sorry! I'm sorry! It's my fault!"

"N...no!" Kara whispers, "It's not your fault. It's nobody's fault, except for the person who murdered her!"

Thomas runs over to them when he hears shouting. "What's wrong?" he asks.

"Mila's...she's...." Ellie whispers.

"Oh no!" He looks worriedly at Kara.

"Thomas," Ellie says, "I had a dream about it. It was like our parent's deaths. I thought it was them. I thought it was a memory! I didn't know! I didn't know!"

Thomas sighs and gently embraces his sister. "Shh, it's okay. It's not your fault." He looks up at Kara. "Kara, you don't blame her do you?"

"No, I don't." She looks at Julia. "Could I...could I see her? Please?"

"Yes, of course," Julia answers.

"I'm coming too," Ellie whispers.

"Ellie..."
