That's right---I wrote the entire first chapter in third person before deciding I hated it and changed it to first person! If you look, you can actually find a spot where I messed up and didn't change it to first person.
When Ellie is talking about the gloves on her hands, in one sentence she says "Once the car got there, I slipped her blue gloves on." Note: HER blue gloves. I realized the mistake a few months after posting it, but I was too lazy to fix it so I just hoped everyone would think they were Elsa's gloves and Ellie was saying she was using her mom's gloves. But NOPE, that's leftover from when Ellie was in third person!!
