Taeyong's hands scrubbed each dirty porcelain dish with an utter most concentration. The sound of the water pounding against the surface of the sink kept his attention intact until he heard a knock at the door. In a relaxed manner, Taeyong shut the water off and carelessly dried his hands before heading over to open the door.

He gripped the doorknob and pulled it open. Though no one was present at the door when he opened it, Taeyong's attention drifted to the partially open mailbox with few articles keeping it ajar. The raven-haired boy quickly grabbed the mail and set it over on the marble kitchen island.

Usually, he'd forget about the mail and continue doing what ever he was doing, but as the biggest envelope had his name on it, he remained there.

Taeyong's eyes panned the orange envelope, his heart seeming to skip a beat when he noticed the return address on it. Eagerly, he ripped open the top edge of the envelope and pulled out the thick paper secured inside. He quickly scanned the words on the paper, his demeanor changing as he mumbled few words written to himself.

Taeyong rushed upstairs, trying to force his smile down by biting his lip which quickly failed as he smiled with his teeth.

"Jaehyun," he called for while he peered from the brunette's door frame.

Jaehyun, who at the time was sitting at his desk, turned around towards Taeyong,"Yeah?"

Taeyong walked in the room, handing Jaehyun the paper in his hands,"You got accepted?" Jaehyun stood up from his chair and pulled Taeyong into an excited hug. He cupped Taeyong's cheeks and pecked his thin lips once.

Taeyong pulled back as his eyebrows softened,"Wait, what about you?"

The younger assured,"Don't worry. I already got my letter last week."

The raven-haired boy pouted,"And you didn't tell me? Which school?"

Jaehyun scratched the back of his neck,"Uh, the same one."

"Oh, that's good."

"I wanted to tell you something else when you received your letter."

Taeyong's eyes bored into Jaehyun's in curiosity.

"I want us to move in together."

Taeyong's expression fell into a stoic confusion,"Jaehyun- We live in the same house though-"

Jaehyun's ears progressively turned red in a slight embarrassment, which was a surprise,"I didn't mean like that. When my parents came home a couple months back, I kinda just thought 'this is their house, not ours'. I wanna live in a place with you that's ours. I mean, we don't even sleep in the same room and I want you to be the first thing I see when I wake up."

Taeyong stared at Jaehyun, making the brunette insecure in his words.

Jaehyun ran his fingers through his hair before moving them down to his pocket,"I mean, I don't know if that makes sense but still."

Taeyong swallowed the tight lump growing in his throat,"No, it makes sense," his voice softened into a whisper,"I wouldn't mind you being the first thing I see when I wake up either."

Jaehyun at the words which Taeyong thought he didn't hear. Trying to erase the bashful feeling inside of him, Taeyong began a different topic,"Did anyone else from school apply to the same school?"

"Just Doyoung, Mark and Ten. Donghyuck and Johnny applied to different schools but they're nearby so we should all be able to meet up sometimes."

Taeyong nodded in acknowledgment, a cheeky smile on his cheeks,"So, when do we go searching for an apartment?"

The black-haired boy was immersed in the sound of the colorless liquid streaming down his hand and unto the water with every gag he presented to himself. His left arm pressed against his stomach while he also sucked his it in tightly, eventually feeling the edge and spitting it out. As saliva dripped down his bottom lip, his eyes traveled to the crimson substance present in it and on the tip of his nimble index finger.

Soon after, he threw the used, crumpled tissues gathered on the floor into the toliet and flushed it down twice, washing his hands afterwards and exiting the bathroom.

Taeyong quickly headed over to Jaehyun who was laying on the couch half asleep. His hand softly gripped Jaehyun's shoulder and shook him,"Jaehyun, you shouldn't sleep here."

Jaehyun lazily sat up, rubbing his eyes through a dainty smile. His grasped Taeyong's hand and pulled the older boy towards his body,"Come lay down with me."

"Jaehyun-," Taeyong kneeled against the edge of the cushion of the couch as Jaehyun's hands grasped around his waist.

Pressing his head against the cotton on Taeyong's abdomen, Jaehyun's eyes drifted to the older's right hand and the rubicund mark on his knuckle,"What happened?"

Taeyong slightly pulled his hand away, I just hit my hand against the bathroom door when I opened it."

Jaehyun weakly nodded as his fingers interlocked around Taeyong's palm and his thumb rubbed over the red mark. He tiredly closed his eyes,"You know I love you and would do anything for you, right?"

Taeyong gazed down, observing Jaehyun's features from above.

He continued through a tired voice,"I don't know if I'm asking you that because I'm half asleep, but you know that right?"

Taeyong bit the bottom of his lip, his voice stammering as he began,"...Yeah."

Jaehyun pulled Taeyong down till he fell back on the couch. The brunette climbed over his body before letting himself fall against Taeyong's chest and closing his eyes.

Taeyong's tanned cheeks flushed while he attempted to wake up Jaehyun by shaking the boys shoulders,"Jaehyun-,"

Jaehyun hummed into a smug closed smile, his has hands traveling behind Taeyong's back and latching them into a hug.

Taeyong moved his hands down as his slender fingers began to card and play through Jaehyun's coffee colored locks.
