When I woke up I heard yelling downstairs. I didn't want to go downstairs but I had to because Hunter told me that everyday I am supposed to make him breakfast. Every morning at 5 my door gets unlocked so that I can go downstairs. I thought that eggs and bacon sounded good. So I hopped out of bed and started walking downstairs. I wanted to listen in on the conversation so I stood at the door way of the steps trying not to be seen.
"Hunter you can't just put her outside to work. She is probably going to run. Then we'll never catch her." Bill yelled.
"I know but we have shock collars on her and she won't run because she's in the middle of nowhere and you can't see anything from here." Hunter said to Bill.
"Yes but once she starts running she'll find the town a half mile from here and then what are we gunna do. The police will find us right away cuz she will bring them back here! And then what'll we do? Huh!" Bill kept yelling and it was loud.
"She won't get away and she would probably love riding the horses. If you haven't noticed we have animals to take care of. Need me to start listing: we have cows,goats,pigs,horses,chickens-" Hunter said until Bill cut him off.
"I know what we have Hunter. They'll be fine." Bill said.
I decided to walk up the steps quietly and come down them loudly but not too loud so that they know that I am coming down. I think I might start an escape plan. I wanted to before but I didn't know anything and now I have Jason watching evey step I take. I could probable plan it out at night when he leaves. Bill is so stupid. He technically just told me where I could go. If I could just get to that town I would be safe.
I started walking down the steps and bills yelling stopped. As I walked into the kitchen they were just looking at me like I was a million dollars.
" I was going to make eggs and bacon if that's ok with you guys?" I asked trying not to look like I just heard the whole conversation.
"Ya it's ok with me. But um I have a question, what did you hear from me and Bill?" Hunter asked kind of angry but I'm not sure.
"What do you mean what did I hear from you and Bill?" I was trying to act like I had no clue but I did have a clue. I heard the whole conversation.
" the conversation me and Bill just had, what did you hear from it?" Hunter asked a little more angry this time.
" ummm, when was the conversation, I was sleeping I just woke up and came downstairs." I said.
"Oh, well you have one more job to do today. There is 2 barns outside. The one closest to here has 3 horses and a bunch of chickens in it. The other barn has goats and pigs. There are cows in the field behind that. Your job is to clean out thier stalls. There is a barn with nothing in it so if you want to ride the horses ride them in thier. The horses have shock collars on them so if you leave the property you and the horse will get shocked. Most likely you will get hurt. Do you understand you job?" Hunter told me.
"Uhh yea, but where is the things to ride the horses?" I asked because I really wanted to ride the horses.
"You'll see it don't worry. Now, make me breakfast and then start on you new job. Jason will go with you." Hunter said
I made everyone breakfast and they all said it was good but I don't understand why they are this nice. They are kidnappers shouldn't they be mean. Anyways I walked out to the barn and Jason followed me. It took me a while to clean out the other animals pens and stalls. Then I got to the horses stalls. The bottoms of the stalls were filled with manure. It took me about an hour to clean out all of the stalls. I wanted to ride them now and I walked around a little bit and didn't find any saddles but I found the reins and the bit. So I just put the bridle on the horse and got on it bare back.
I walked the horse into the empty barn and started walking it but it really didn't know how to go any faster. I wanted to train it. I didn't know the horses name so I called it Paris. I loved that name and she seemed to respond. I was training Paris for about an hour until Jason told me it was time to make lunch. I walked Paris back to her new cleaned stall and went inside. Chance was in there but his face was all red and bruised. I think that Hunter might have beat him but I don't know what for.
I started to make a game sandwich and I gave one to everyone. Then I got out a bag of chips and dip and put it on the table. I wasn't really hungry but I just wanted to keep training Paris. I told everyone that I was going back to ride the horses. I got Paris back in the barn which kind of looked like an arena and started training again. It took quite a while to get her to just walk but she eventually got it. It was a couple hours later and I went back inside to make dinner. Once I mad dinner I went back and cleaned the house and went to bed. I waited for Jason to leave.
Those guys are going down because I got a plan.
