Kidnapped

Chapter 10

When I woke up I thought about Haley. It was about 10 minutes until I had to go down to make breakfast and Jason would be down their waiting for me. I decided to ask for Haley through the vent.

"Haley? Are you up yet?" I asked. I was talking and whispering because it was almost silent in the house besides for the animal noises outside but I still didn't want to take any chances.

" Ya I'm up. What do you need?" She asked

"Oh um..... I was just wondering if you could meet me outside in the horses arena today at like umm....maybe 1?" I questioned her not sure what she would say.

"Ya sure I'd love to!" She said a little too excited

"Ok well I'm going to go make Hunter breakfast so I guess I'll see you at 1" I said to Haley.

"Ok, see you soon, I can't wait to meet you!" She told me.

"Me too" I said and with that I got up and walked down stairs. My door gets unlocked by Jason every morning when he gets here and I usually don't need to set my alarm because the locks are loud.

I went downstairs and started cooking eggs. I wanted cheesy eggs but Hunter hated cheese so I couldn't do that. I got out some sausage,onions,eggs, and bacon. I was mixing all of them together to make the omelette when I heard a huge crash. It seemed like it came from the living room. I started walking down the hall and into the living room. That's when I saw it. There was Hunter but he was punching someone... A girl. I thought for sure it was Haley. Why would he be punching her. I stood there in shock not knowing what to do. Hunter finally saw me and by the look on his face told it all. He looked as if he saw a ghost. Looking at me a stopped and got up.

"What the hell!" I screamed.

"You need to be quiet and pick this up right now." He said calmly but pointing at a mess on the floor.
There was plates and glasses shattered on the floor. There was a few of them that weren't broke.
While Hunter was looking away I thought of a plan. I thought that I should act as if me and Haley are cousins and that we knew each other because otherwise Hunter would be questioning on how we know each other. I winked at Haley before I said anything so she knew what I was doing.

"Haley.. Is that you?" I asked. I tried sounding as if it were a slight whisper but I think it came out as a full whisper.

"Alison?" She questioned me. I'm suprised because she was going along with my plan.

"Wait how do you two know each other?" Hunter asked. The look on his face was priceless.

"We are cousins. Haley got kidnapped two years ago and no one could find her." I said

"That just proves that you two are never going to get out of here" Hunter said.

"How come I never saw Haley around here before?" I said to Hunter.

"Quit asking so many questions and do what I told you." Now he sounded a little bit angry.

I got the broom and sweet all of the broken glass up and went to put it in the garbage. When I got to the kitchen I saw jason eating what I had cooked for him. He was done and I asked him the same question I did Hunter.

"Umm..... Hunter how come I never see Haley around here?" I asked jason but just as I said that jason froze.

"How do you know who Haley is?" He questioned me sounding a bit nervous.

"She's my couch and I just found her getting beat up by Hunter and now you better tell me because I deserve to know." My voice got a little bit more powerful when I said that to him.

"Long story short Hunter kidnapped her a few years ago and there is a separate house connected to this one. On the outside it looked like one house but it's not. Anyways she cooks and cleans and pretty much does everything around here. Well...not in this house but you know what I mean. You better not tell anyone that I told you. If you do I will literally shoot you." He said

Wow I didn't know that there was a separate house. That explains why it looks like a mansion on the outside. But really it's just two different houses. It was almost one so I had to go out by the horses to meet Haley there. So I got reDy to go out there.once I was ready I started walking outside. I got to the barn and Haley was already there.

"Hey" I said to Haley.

"Hey...um so do you wanna ride?" She asked.

"I can't Hunter told me I couldn't ride because I disobeyed him but I can watch you ride?" I told her hoping she would understand.

"Yeah sure I'll go get Paris" she said

"Wait that's my horse could you ride another one please?" I told her wondering how she had known the name for my horse.

"Um I guess.. I'll go get kit kat. Do you wanna come with me to get her?" She asked me.

"Ya" I said to her.

It was like we already knew each other but really we didn't. We are now becoming best friends.
