"I have to get out of this dress," Alixandria announced, going to climb the stairs and go to her room.

"Good. When you do, hurry back," the Doctor mused, staring blankly into the console. Alixandria took note of his personality change, but refrained from inquiring about it. In her room, she struggled out of the dress, abandoning it on the carpet before taking to the closet. She pulled out a black MUSE tee-shirt and dark blue jeans. Alixandria went to the back of the closet, wanting to see where it ended. Old-fashioned lampposts gave light to the endless room, and the silence gave the place an aura of ambience. Racks and racks of clothes and shoes were lined up; she couldn't see the end of the closet. On one line of clothes, she found a cheap black cape with an overly large draping hood. She swung it about her shoulders, fastening it at her neck. Alixandria slowly began to experience the sensation that she was being watched. Her head was constantly turning so she could peer behind her shoulders. A distant sound echoed through the room, reminiscent of the ambient sounds from Minecraft (yes, Minecraft. I ain't even mad). It was almost as if a demon was screaming...and that did it. In a flurry of black fabric, Alixandria flew in the direction she had come, but soon, she found herself making circles. Her chest heaved with laboured breaths and her eyes darted around. Black crawled at the corners of her vision, as if some freakish demon was beckoning her to look.

The silence was maddening, and the vast space was eerie and held promises of fear and danger. At first, Alixandria had tried to stay quiet, in a futile attempt to hide from whatever was there. But now Alixandria had to get out. "Doctor!" She screamed, looking around wildly. Every way she turned, her body tensed up, waiting to see the worse case scenario. The dark space seemed to warp in front of her eyes, as if the ground was pulling her into a hole. "Doctor help! Please!" Alixandria shrieked, flailing on the precipice of the hole. "Find me!" She cried, her words wispy from her lack of breath. Slowly, she began to fall face first into the gaping hole which was starting to grow even larger, taking in clothes and racks.

Arms wrapped around her waist, dragging her back the the surface. The Doctor was violently pulling her away from the edge, and she scrambled to get up and run, though her feet were sluggish and her legs were rubbery. The Doctor stood up, antenna on his hat crooked, and delved his hand into his pocket. With a small show of effort, he pulled out an axe, the stone blade sharp, but chipped from age. Alixandria didn't even question it.

"Chop down all of the lampposts!" He ordered. Again without question, Alixandria obeyed, racing across the aisle of clothes to begin hacking at the nearest lamppost. Her trembling arms hit the post repeatedly until the light flickered before making the glass implode. Alixandria moved the next, and the next, until the last light in the closet was out. "Alixandria!" The Doctor's voice was distant. The darkness was scary. Alixandria would close her eyes, then open them, and see the very same black. She began to move around, flailing her arms as if to find her way. But she feared that she would touch something not known to her.

"Doctor!" She called. "I'm over here!"

"Oh, yes! Here, let me pull out my map and I'll find you and our way out!" He yelled back sarcastically.

"Not now!" Alixandria barked. "Help me!" All of a sudden, a lamppost nearby flickered back on, though it kept flickering and growing brighter. The light buzzed loudly as it's luminosity grew intense. Alixandria shielded her eyes, though she caught sight of the Doctor running towards her. He grabbed her arm, yanking her forward.

"Run faster!" He ordered as forks of electricity escaped the glass. The produced loud cracks and whirs like a hammered, raging Tesla coil. They dove through the closet door, slamming it shut just as a loud explosion rang through the entire TARDIS. Alixandria had slammed her head on the edge of her bunk bed while escaping the closet, and blood ran down her face. The Doctor laid on the floor, tin foil buzzing and slightly cooked.

"Now do you see why I need your help?" He asked breathlessly.
