We got up and continue walking this time Deku was by my other side. Todoroki walked behind Deku and Bakugo glares at him from my right. "I've been wanting to ask you about that club. It's an Oni club right?" Asked Deku. "Uh yeah it is" I said lifting it up into view. "How did you get that?" He asked looking at the club with sparkling eyes. "Uh well...that's a long story. But I basically earned it and helped made it. It's the last thing I have of my past life besides a couple of friends" I said looking down at it with a frown. I remember the day my father covered my blood on this when I asked to join him.

I was pulled from dark memories when Deku poked my arm. "Are you..part Oni?" He asked. "Uh yes half" I said. He jumped up and looked me up then down. "You have to tell me everything...what traditions do Oni's have what kid of food other than raw meet do you eat.." said Deku going on and on. "Shut up Deku your mumbling" yelled Bakugo. "Oh sorry..uh. Kirishima could I possibly hold your club?" He asked with sparkling eyes. I looked down at the club. "If you can hold it..it's very heavy" I said as Deku held his hands out. The second I placed it in his hands he stared to go down. I quickly took it back. "Woah that's super heavy!" He said excitedly. I chuckled and Bakugo rolled his eyes.

We finally made it to the small village. The sun was low and the sky had a  orange glow to it. "We should stay at a hotel tonight then investigate early in the morning" said Deku. "We wouldn't have to if you didn't take so many damn breaks Deku!" Yelled Bakugo. "Well I see a small one over there" I said pointing. Deku looked over and nods. "Lets go check in" he said leading the way. We checked in and went to our rooms. I laid down on the bed as Bakugo sniffs around the room. "Why do you do that?" I asked. He looked at me. "Do what?" He asked. "Sniff around every new place before sleeping?" I asked. "It's what we do. We check the surrounding to make sure it's safe" he said blushing. I smiled and yawned.

We woke up and had breakfast. "Okay let's go to the river and start looking for the Kappa" said Deku. I nod and he leads us to the river. It was clear water and fairly clam. Something didn't add up. If it was Kappa drowning them they could see it. The water was clear enough. Deku might be right about it being a spirit instead. Even though he said it was just a chance it might just be it. I look over and see the same look on Bakugo's face. He thinks so too. "Deku I think we might be dealing with a spirit" I said looking over at him. He nods and bends down to the water.

He puts his hand in and feels the temperature. "Yeah, it's too clear and cold for Kappa" said Deku. Todoroki and Bakugo fliched at the same time. "I feel a presence" said Todoroki. Bakugo's pooffy tails and downed ears said the same. We weren't alone. I feel a cold hand press on my back and look behind me. No one was there. I swallowed and transformed. Deku looked at me with sparkling eyes. I instantly feel the presence when I transformed.

I looked around and slowly walked to Bakugo as Todoroki walked to Deku. "Come out and show yourself" yelled Bakugo. I felt a sharp pain and was suddenly flying into the river. "Kirishima!!" Yelled Bakugo. I reached out to him but was pulled under. I saw my club on the shore line next to Bakugo who was panicking. I held my breath while trying to fight my way up again. How is this river so deep? Is it the spirit doing this? I felt so cold and heavy. I finally hit the river bottom and all I could see was darkness. I could hear a faint giggle from the spirit, a woman.
