Camping returns

The bus was nearing beautiful lavish hills filled with different flora and fauna. It was the scenery which one probably expects in movies. I peeked my head out of the window to see a 2 bus of our trip ahead of us and one at back.

" pack your bags students, we are here " Mrs Sharma woke up from her slumber.

After stepping out if the bus, I felt
light. The bus ride was full of turns and you can guess how irritating it would be when George is at the backseat.

I took a deep breath inhaling O².

" Guess it's camping returns? " Amara Said standing next to me.

" I hope I don't get kidnapped this time. " Kacee worriedly said to which brendan responded with a smirk,

" we will see"

" Students and Lilly may I have your attention here" Our sports teacher., Mrs Sharon demanded our attention.

" this stay will include various competitions which will result in awards. The teams are already divided. The main focus will be sports and games. We expect active participation. You may now set up the camps by taking materials from this cottage. "

Students started to whisper.

" Submit your team names to me now."

Before we could discuss our team names, George went ahead to ma'am and shouted,

" We are team French fries "

" The first game will be tree climbing " Philip informed us ," Two players are expected from each team "

" Is tree climbing even a sport? " I wondered.

" Well, Kacee can climb trees " Diana shrugged.

" Why the **ck do you think I can climb trees??" Kacee shouted .

" I can "

We all look towards Andrew.

" As expected from a monkey " Amara whispered .

" I heard that. "

" So Kacee and Andrew it is !" Diana declared.

Philip went and submitted the names.
While Andrew and Kacee started to wear the attire.

" If I fall Diana, you are dead " Kacee warned.

" I don't mind dying when my network connections are dead again. "

I went to Andrew, " Who do you think will win? "

I looked at all the opponents .
Rachael and a boy from one team , Sia and drake from other , from our team, ie. Team French fries stood Kacee and Andrew and the last team had Hannah and a boy.

All had separate trees to climb up on.

"Hannah knows to climb a tree? " I questioned.

" you thinking of Laura and I am wondering how the heck will Sia climb ?"

Well I had 3 people to support .

Rachael , she is really close to me as we have bounded in tuition.

Kacee and Andrew. 

William cheered them up,

" you better win so that team French fries can get French fries. "

Teacher blowed the whistle and Andrew started to climb up the tree.  He had to get the fruit from the top stem of the tree.

Kacee followed behind.  Failing miserably. I cheered

" Kacee be patient!  Don't hurry and hurt yourself."

Hannah had reached the top already , took the fruit and was carefully making her way downwards.

" hurry up drew!! " I popped his nickname.

I hit Diana on her arm.

" ow "

" what made you think Kacee could climb up the tree! "

Rachael reached the top next and Andrew followed behind and the boy from sia's team.

However,  Hannah had mistakenly dropped the fruit.

The teacher blowed whistle, " Hannah is out."

Kacee was still hugging the tree bark like a beer.

" come on drew!! " Phillip joined in too.

He picked up speed but it was of no match for Rachael's one.

She is always over hyped and I don't know what Adrenaline did to her that she rushed down the tree at a speed of a monkey.

Andrew tried his best but was no match for Rachael who reached down first.

Ma'am blowed the whistle,

" 50 points for infinite "

They had such a good team name
We lost but what hurt me more was
Our team name.

Kacee had only reached the second branch and now was struggling to get down  .

" help me down!! "

Shane smirked,

" Stay there it will be easier for us to kidnap you there. "
