" Balloon fight?!!!" I shouted.
" is that even a sport?"

" tree climbing ain't a sport either. " Kacee said annoyed about what had happened to her.

Diana instructed, " There is a river nearby,  all the teams will be given 5 buckets,  they will have to make a run for the river fill up the buckets , bring them back here then fill the balloons.  We will be given 20 minutes to do so. "

" that's idiotic " Brendan commented.

Diana said, " We will be giving a flag to protect,  we need to protect it from getting wet.  It will be placed near the team's tents.  We will need to shoot the people of other team and wet their flag ."

We all stared at each other. 

" who here has well built muscles? " Lilly questioned.

I answered,
"I think I can lift a bucket full of water."

" me too" Brendan and Shane joined too.

Andrew even drew a strategy
"So listen , Ava,  Shane,  Brendan, Diana and George will fill up the buckets. "

" Others will fill balloons. " William added.

" Time to get wet! " George said.

I was given a tent with girls finally.  It's not that I was uncomfortable with Andrew and Brendan,  to say the truth,  they are very sweet.

But I just needed some time with Diana and Amara,  I had a lot of things to discuss with them.

Especially about Brendan...

I tied my hair up in a pony tail, applied sunscreen and gloss and sighed.

Diana entered all dressed up in tracksuit.

" how do I look? " she asked.

" pretty as always! " we high-fived.

No, actually she was extremely pretty. Her skin is slightly tanned with a bit of curlish touch in her hair, she has some good Spanish genes in her.

But it's not her beauty outside that I like,  it's her nature.  She is sweet yet psycho , a carefree yet caring person . I can turn up to her when I am in need.

Then we heard rather a forced high pitch voice,  " Dianaaa,  I am dying waiting,  come out. "

George is certainly out of his mind.

" coming you moron " Diana laughed.

I stepped out to bump into Kacee and Amara.
Amara said, " you all better hurry with filling buckets.  We ain't losing this round unlike the last one. "

Kacee shouted, " shut up! It wasn't my mistake that you idiots sent someone to climb a tree who hadn't done it in her lifetime. "

We all laughed.  I did need a girl time for a long time.

My moment just had to be ruined when someone grabbed my wrist tightly and started to drag me away.

Shane.

" what's your problem ? " I asked him.

" I want to talk to you please give me a minute. "

I laughed at him.  " what the heck!  You could have said that directly to me. "

His expressions tightened,
" you are the only girl I can talk to. "

I smirked, guess some traits of Brendan are growing upon me.

" what about Kacee? "

He was just about to speak when Brendan arrived and folded his hand over my other wrist.

Blood rushed to my cheeks as my heart thudded.  I could actually feel it beating at the speed of light.

Shane stared at Brendan, " A little possessive, aren't we ?"

I still managed to make out a few words, " Shane,  kindly continue. "

Shane scratched back of his neck,

" you see there is a girl I really really like.  And Brendan you can stop staring the soul out me cause its not Ava.  She is ugly. "

I hit shane hard on his head. Brendan laughed ," Who is she then? "

Shane licked his lips,  his tanned skin with a tint of red ,

" I like Jennie "

And that's when I realized my last efforts to make William friends with Shane and Brendan died
