When I awoke the next day, I was full of life. I was still in Pain's bed so I quickly ran to my room and grabbed another cloak to change into.

After I had changed in the bathroom, I headed down to the training room. Tobi wasn't there oddly, which pretty much gave me the freedom to do whatever I wanted. I grabbed the sword I had been practicing with.

I had to admit I was getting pretty good. When I held the thin sword, it felt natural to just swing it around.

I finished training when Lupin and Lunae both walked in with Sasori and Deidara.

"Where's Tobi?" I asked Itachi in the kitchen.

"Don't know." He mumbled.

"Pain!" I called out into the hallway. "Where's Tobi?"

"Don't know." Pain yelled back.

I walked outside and figured since my daily routine was over, I would practice jumping tree to tree again.

I jumped from one, to another okay, but I figured I would have to increase my speed.

After many vigorous tries, I had perfected it. I jumped from tree to tree freely. I then realized, I could escape right now.

I jumped down and landed smoothly on the ground and raced towards where the forest began.

"Not so fast there, Miki." A masked face told me. I glared at Tobi for knowing my plan. "I'm in charge of you, and I'm not letting you escape." Tobi smiled.

I took a step back.

"Miki, I saw you practicing, and your getting really good." He paused briefly. "I think it may be time to put it to the test."

"What do you have in mind?" My look softened.

*~*At Training Arena*~*

"Tobi, this is too hard!" I shouted. I was fighting off training dummies, except these could actually fight back. "Tobi!" I shouted again. He stared intensely at the way I swung the sword.

"Fine." He mumbled. He took the sword from me and in the blink of an eye, they were all gone.

"Guess I'm not as good as you thought."

"No, you were fine. I just overwhelmed you to see how much you could handle before you called me in to help. Overall, you did really well for only three days of practice." Tobi smiled.

"Miki!" Lupin shouted from behind me.

"I gotta go." I whispered to Tobi. "I'll see you later." I walked over to Lupin.

"Come on, you total got to see this." Lupin dragged me outside. We skipped through trees until I spotted Lunae and Sasori. We crouched down on a tree and secretly spied on them.

"Lunae, I don't know how long we can keep this a secret." Sasori was leaning a against a tree.

"Maybe we should just tell them." Lunae responded.

"No, I couldn't risk losing you." Sasori touched her cheek gently.

"But either way, they are going to find out!" Lunae yelled.

"That's a risk I'm willing to take." He leaned in slightly and their lips connected for only the slightest moment before pulling away, leaving a scarlet red color on their cheek.

I tried to contain my laughter. That looked like something out of a movie.

"We should get going." I mouthed to Lupin.

She nodded and we began hopping trees to the hideout. When we got there, we erupted into fits of giggles.

"Did you see when..." I managed.

"Yeah, and when..." We both just started laughing at how corny it was.

"What are you guys laughing about?" Deidara snuck up behind us.

"Saso...Lunae..." Lupin said through fits of giggles.

"Never mind." I whispered walking into my room.

I was sprawled out on my bed, pretty much just looking at the ceiling. My phone began buzzing. I checked the caller ID, and it was indeed Tobi. It was a next, not a call.

'I need to see you later on tonight at the bench outside.'

I closed my phone and checked the time. 5:59. I sighed, I would wait another hour before meeting him outside.

A/N: This is a a very filler-y partsinceI'm building suspense for the next chapter. :/ I don't like this part at all, butI don't really plan on posting tomorrow since I probably will have oodles of homework waiting for me. See you tomorrow...or the day after that. :)
