*~*Christmas Day in Miki's POV*~*

I was in my ducky pajamas, holding an old teddy bear. It was Christmas day. I wouldn't be spending it with the people I grew up with. I would be with my dad and the family I had adopted, plus my best friends. I slowly made my way down the stairs, expecting it to be quiet. Boy was I wrong.

"Merry Christmas!" Lupin yelled. Deidara held a camcorder, recording everything.

"Rawr!" Tobi jumped off the stairs and embraced the gifts that had been set up around a Christmas tree.

"Presents!" I ran to the wrapped gifts and began to tear off the wrapping paper. "Hollywood Undead for the win!" I shouted, tossing the t-shirt in the air.

I grabbed another box and tore off the wrapping paper. "Yes! A flip camera!" I tossed it to the side with my Hollywood Undead t-shirt. After opening almost every present with my name on it, Tobi handed me one.

"What is it?" I asked, eyeing the box suspiciously.

"You have to open it to find out!" Tobi smiled devilishly. Carefully taking it from him I undid the ribbon and slowly ripped the paper off.

"It's a bag of candy!" I shouted, opening it and eating all of the gummy worms that were inside. "Thank you so freaking much!" I hugged him quickly before continuing to eat the rest of the contents.

"Lupin, Lunae!" I called them over! "I thought you guys were hurt?" I asked.

"It was a diversion, I would never let myself get hurt." Lunae flipped her hair over her shoulder.

"Sure.." Lupin dragged on, rolling her eyes at Lunae.

Lunae glared at her before walking away to open her own gifts.

Tobi appeared at my side, trying to take one of my gummy worms. I slapped his hand away before he could even reach for them.

"No, they are mine!" I turned around and pulled them closer to me.

"But you didn't get me anything!" Tobi complained. I sighed, remembering I hadn't gotten him anything.

"Here buddy." I handed him some of the candy. "No more." I walked away with my stuff in tow.

"Miki!" Deidara ran up to me with his camera. "A picture with everyone!" Everyone piled in front of the Christmas tree. Tobi, Sasori, and Deidara were on top, and Lunae, Lupin and I were on the bottom, kneeling down.

Deidara set the camera with a five second timer. He ran back just in time to get in the frame.

"Perfect!" Lupin yelled, grabbing the small camera.

"Lupin, give it back to me!" Deidara yelled, chasing her outside.

I giggled before resuming to walk upstairs.

"Miki," Tobi knocked on the door.

"Yeah!" I called from inside.

"Come out for a minute." I opened the door to find Tobi smiling innocently with the whole crew behind him.

"What's going on...?"I muttered. Sasori pointed too a little green and red mistletoe that hung from the door frame. "No." I stated simply and attempted to close the door, but of course, Deidara stuck his foot in the door. "Just leave me alone..." I whined.

I grabbed the mistletoe and tossed it in between Lupin and Deidara who gladly started got up and went downstairs, away from where I could see anyways.

*~*Tobi's POV*~*

　

Miki looked at a loss for words when Deidara and Lupin left the hallway. "I'm hungry, let's go to burger king!" I shouted marching down the stairs, taking Miki by the arm. 

"No, no, no, no, no!" Miki shouted, covering the door with her body. "One of the cashiers is a total flirt and creep!"

"Yeah right, let's go." I grabbed her hand and led her outside. As we arrived at burger king, Miki started to slow her pace down. "There is nothing to be afraid of."

We finally entered. A guy with blondish-brownish hair with clear brown eyes waved us over.

"Hey Miki." He had a sort of high pitched voice. She waved shakily. "What would you like today?" He raised an eyebrow, completely ignoring me.

"Um...number seven combo..." She whispered, gripping my shirt a little tighter. "What about you Tobi?" She looked up to me.

"Whopper." I stated simply.

"That'll be five dollars." Miki handed him the money, and when he gave her the change, his hand lingered on hers. I wanted to slap his hand away from hers, but that would've been impolite. "I'll see you next time." He winked at her and eyed her up and down as she moved back slightly. I shot him a dirty look before wrapping my arm around her.

"Guess you were right, he is a pervert." I mumbled to Miki. The cashier, from his name tag I could tell his name was Jordan, shot me a glare.

"Told you." She pulled her sweater closer to her as he continued to look at her.

"Twenty five!" Jordan called. "Ketchup, ranch?" He asked, wagging an eyebrow.

"None, thank you though." Miki got the bag. Jordan quickly came across the register and smacked her bum. Miki began to burst into tears. That was taking it too far.

"Retard! The fuck you doing molesting a thirteen year-old girl?" I shoved Jordan, causing him to fall. Of course he didn't have a response to my question.

*~*Miki's POV*~*

Tobi immediately became aggressive towards Jordan. It started to scare me a bit. The way he shoved, kicked, punched Jordan made me feel like the Tobi I knew was no longer here, but, someone else... someone...more dangerous.

The ambulance arrived minutes later, and Tobi immediatly carried me bridal style to the hideout, making sure we werent seen.

"What was that?" I asked as he put me down. He looked at me intensly before he pulled me into a hug and began to cry lightly. I could only pat his back and hope nothing was wrong.

Author's Note: I'm at at the  doctors office :( Sad, i know, anyways, i'm updating cuz i brought my netbook that has wireless interent...Merry Christmas to everyone! I'll be updating more that I'm going to be starting Christmas vacation tomorrow.
