I broke the last chapter into two because I know I kept you guys waiting for too long and I know no one can go that long without Swan Queen! So here's the second part of chapter 5. Thank you all for sticking by me through this story, I didn't write this around the perfect time in my life, school starting back up, and a few other messes that need cleaning up, but I'm happy that you all are enjoying this! Lots of love!

"I'm sorry." Tears stream down my hot cheeks and I know that she doesn't understand why I'm doing this.

"Whatever," she whispers, turning to leave.

I don't know what it was. Maybe it was because I didn't want to lose her, maybe it was because I want her to feel the same about me. But whatever it is, all that was in me called after her. "Emma," I say, trying to feel the word form on my lips. She turns, looking me in the eyes with her piercing green orbs.

"What?" she asks, stepping just a hair closer. I step forward towards the blonde beauty. I sigh, staring at her thin pink lips.

Something in the back of my mind is telling me to kiss her. But, the other part, the really stupid and ignorant part, is telling me to let her go. So I go in the middle. I don't kiss her, but I don't let her go. I step forward, looking into her green eyes.

"I don't want you to leave me," I sigh, reaching for her hands.

She pulls away. "No, Gina," she turns, beginning to walk away. "I'm not leaving you. You already left me. I am just saying goodbye." Tears begin streaming down my face as I watch her walk away. Like letting sand slip through my fingers.

"Regina?" I hear my name being called and I swiftly sit up straighter in my desk. I missed three days of school since the party. My mom said wait until next week but I couldn't miss that much school work.

"Yes?" I ask Ms. Dé Vill.  Gray streaks of hair poke out of her black dye job.

"You've been gone nearly half of the week. You need to pay attention or you will fail my class. That's a fact," she growls between her teeth.

"I understand," I say. I slouch into my seat like a scolded child. Ms. Dé Vill continues her lesson but I turn my head, spotting a certain blonde, eyeing me. My eyes meet hers and she quickly averts her eyes.

Class bores on forever, but once the bell finally rings I sprint up from my seat. I watch everyone go bye but I block off Emma as soon as she reaches the door.

"Come on, I'm done talking to you, Regina." Her cold words are said without even one look at me. "Now move," she growls.

"No," I say, shaking my head. "I need to tell you something." The butterflies in my stomach awaken, causing my head to spin.

"It can wait,  I have to meet Neal," she boredly looks into my eyes, readjusting her binder in her arms. The sound of her and Neal makes my stomach turn. I can feel the blood in my face draining. She tries to sidestep me but my arm reaches out and pushes against the frame of the door.

"It's about Neal," I say, biting my lip, getting kind of annoyed with her.

She straightens up. "What about him?" she asks, looking at me quizzically.

"It's about the party," I whisper, not that anyone can hear me.

She furrows her brows, looking me up and down. She finally caves. "Follow me," she says, walking passed me through the long hallway. I follow behind her through the vacant halls - everyone else went to lunch. The only sound is the faint click of the clock on the wall above the teacher's lounge. We reach the student lounge and I frown.

"The student lounge?" I think aloud.

She opens the door, and I realize that it's completely empty. Strange and unusual. "Yes," she nonchalantly says, gliding on the floor and easily sulking into the leather couch. I tensely sit in the chair across from her, crisscrossing my ankles. "Now, we came here to talk, so... talk." Her voice is cold, not like my Emma.

"Look, I know this is going to sound really crazy and unlikely, but I'm just going to lay it on you... I caught Neal cheating," hearing the words come from my mouth makes me want to throw up.

She scoffs, "With Tamara?" My eyes double over, I nod. "Neal and I broke up yesterday, Regina."

"What? Did you find out?" I ask, leaning forward in my chair.

She shakes her head. "No, Tamara had the decency to tell me. Saying how I had a pretty great friend," she sighs, looking at the floor.

My cheeks flush. "She said that?" I ask, looking at the floor.

"Yeah. I assumed it was you but I didn't know for sure. She never gave me a name. After that, I told Neal that we were through," she says, with no expression.

I raise my eyebrows, "Really? You were that civilized?"

She shakes her head, "Nah, I just didn't want to tell you I pretty much made him cry." She smirked, causing me to chuckle.

Once I look her in the eyes I finally see the loneliness in her eyes. Her eyes gloss over as she blinks rapidly. I reach out for her hand and pull it close to my lap. "I miss this, Em," I whisper.

She sighs, "Me too, Gina." I smile at the nickname.

My smile fades when I see the expression on her face. Her pupils grow two sizes larger than normal. She leans forward and my eyes widen as she presses her lips to mine. Soft thin pink lips press against my plump thick ones. I close my eyes as our lips lock, forming as one. No one pushes for more, we just stay like this for a minute until she pulls away. She bites her lip so hard I'm surprised she doesn't draw blood.

My breathing is unsteady as I mumble, "Oh, Emma." She shyly smiles as I put my palm to her heated cheek.  I put my index finger at her chin, causing her to look at me. She quickly averts her eyes from mine, causing me to chuckle. "It's fine, Emma. I won't tell," I wink. I push my face closer to hers seductively. Her breathing hitches in her throat as I capture her lips once again for a quick kiss.

I stand to leave the blonde, sitting on the leather, shifting awkwardly. "I promise," I whisper before slipping out of the student lounge as the bell rings, signalling for the next class.
