Three slow days later I was finally in New York. I haven't heard anything from Taylor or Hayes, I could care less. The bus just stopped at the station and my Aunt was waiting from me, she hasn't seen me in about two years so I guess my new look will shock her.

I stepped off the bus and she didn't even pay attention she didn't even know it was me.

"Aunt Melissa!" I yell to her.

"CC?" She questions, when she sees my famous green eyes she comes rushing to me.

"CC I missed you so much!" She squeezes me into a hug and pulls apart.

"You look so different."

"Yah I know."

"Come on we'll talk at home." She takes my hand and brings me to the car. I turned on the radio and the song Empire was on.

Flashback

I just finished singing Empire on the way to our mystery place for Nash and I's best friend day.

"You have an amazing voice." Nash tells me, it was so hard because I wanted to see if was being sarcastic or not, but I have a blindfold on.

"We're here." Nash tells me, he gets out of the car and helps me. We get in and I smell.... Feet? Nash takes off the blindfold and we are at a trampoline place!

Flashback over

I was on the verge of crying, but wait. He didn't do anything to stop Cameron. The tears quickly slipped away back into my eyes and I sat looking at the beautiful city.

We eventfully got the familiar streets of my Aunts neighborhood and we got to her apartment. She owns two apartments that are next to each other, then knocked down the wall in between so the apartment was much bigger then the others. We walked up the stairs and went in. My cousins Lily and Lizzy came rushing towards me.

"CC!" They yell. I got attacked with hugs and questions about myself.

"Why is your hair white?" Lily asks.

"I got tired of the brown." I tell her. "But I was thinking of dying it pink." She squeals and tells me how pretty it would be. She is such a girly girl. Her whole room is pink and she was wearing a pink tutu. I always admired her bright blue eyes and beach blonde hair.

"What about blue!" Lizzy yells, although my cousins may be twins they are polar opposites, Lizzy had brown hair and brown eyes. She was all about purple and blues.

"I don't know, maybe." I say giggling. I go to the guest room and put my bag down.

"So what happened?" My Aunt walks in and sits on the bed.

"Where do I begin?" I laughed. I sat next to her and told her everything from the day that Hayes was at my locker to when my dad came to now.

"Wow CC I never knew." She brings me into a hug and I burst out crying. We stayed like that for about ten minutes, me sobbing and her holding me. I haven't had someone do this for me in so long. She was like my second mother, whenever I had a problem I called her and we would sort it out.

"CC you are a strong independent woman, you've made a few mistakes but that's ok, you have something to learn off of. You can stay here as long as you want."

"Thank you Aunt Melissa."

"Come on, I'll make our homemade pizza? Your favorite." She stands up and takes my hand.

"That sounds awesome."

We go to the kitchen and make two cheese pizzas and one pepperoni.

I must say dinner was delicious.

"CC how long are you staying?" Lily asks.

"I don't know exactly, we'll find out soon though." I tell her.

I help my Aunt clean up and put the kids to bed. Then I tell her good night and I drift off to sleep.

All was well until I got the call at three A.M.
