Back in the dormitory, I had to physically hold Tris back from beating Peter up. Hell, I felt like doing it myself as he read out a newspaper article trashing Abnegation. Molly's revenge on Tris was to lie to the reporter. I walked up to the shorthaired stubby girl and sucker punched her out cold again.
"Seriously Flower Crown, that was uncalled for!" Peter snarled at me.
I lifted my shirt to show him exactly what she did to me. My red shoulder and stomach scar gleamed against the light. I don't want to ever experience that again. It was also probably not my smartest idea ever to flash almost everyone in the dorm. If word of this got out to Eric, there would be a surefire murder.
"She was the one who stabbed me, so take it as a mercy Peter!" I threatened him, grabbing his shirt and pushing him towards her.
He scrambled to Molly taking her to the infirmary. Al had suggested we go to the tattoo parlour and I agreed. I seriously needed a touch up on my hair.
When we got there I saw Eric standing by the tattoo glasses looking through them. He turned his head glaringly before he saw me. Tris and Al excused themselves going into the clothing shop. Eric looked back into the tattoo book.
"Don't you have enough tattoos?" I asked him, nestling under his arm and leering down at the frosted glass patterns he was looking at.
"One can never have enough tattoos." His deep voice drilled through my spine.
I rolled my eyes, rolling on the balls of my feet looking around. Then out of nowhere an idea sprung into my mind.
"I have a proposition. It may sound ridiculous but its fun I promise." I asked him with a full-blown smile on my face.
He turned his head, interested in what I had to say before staring at my smile.
"Lets hear it then." He leaned against the administration table crossing his buff arms, showing off an abundance of shaped pattern tattoos.
I smiled even more. The idea was to bring some relief to my previous strife in the fear simulation. Eric stared at my lips for a moment before raising an eyebrow.
"We both choose a tattoo for the other, without the other person knowing what the tattoo looks like. We get to choose where it goes as well." Eric laughed out loud and I thought it was the most beautiful sound I had ever heard.
"I'm not stupid Mia! Just now I end up with some ridiculous flower on my butt that no one can explain!"
"Oh come on! Please?" I whined at him speeding up and bumping him purposefully.
"No." he grunted out, turning around and walking towards Amanda.
"Pretty please with a cherry on top?" I squeaked grabbing his hand.
"Not happening Mia." he said with a hard voice.
I decided to switch on my full charm, because I really wanted to do something like this to someone. So I grabbed onto his left bicep and rested my head on it. Lucky enough for me he was tall enough for me to pull it off. I looked up at him making my lip quiver. Eric stared at me before grinding his teeth and looking away. I could see the muscles by his temples overwork themselves.
"Fine!" He hissed out annoyed.
I squealed and did a small victory dance. Nevermind the nerves that I had at the prospect of Eric tattooing something unknown on me. Said man was watching me with a stupid smile on his face.
We started off with our selection each in the same room but facing the opposite direction before I saw the one. It was a purple butterfly in flight. My eyes immediately zoomed in on that one and I chose the plaque.
