A yawn escapes me as I slowly stir. I can feel the sun heating my exposed leg. Cracking my eyes open, I am greeted by those blazing green eyes. He looks at me with so much intensity sometime it's almost scary. It's as if he's memorizing every inch of my face and burning it into his brain, but lawd if he isn't gorgeous while he does it.

"Good morning,"
He doesn't immediately reply instead he leans in and gently kissed my still tender lips. "Good afternoon."
"Afternoon? What time is it?"
Holding back a chuckle he replies, "Going on two."
"Oh"
I settled back into my spot preparing to get lost in his eyes again when the realization of what he just said sprung me straight up.
"SHIT" grabbing my phone.
"They're dry" he says turning onto his back
As I look down at my phone to see no missed calls from my parental units or messages from my friends.
"Everyone is still sleep or trying to go back to sleep after last nights foolery." I couldn't help but to a laugh at the very true statement he made.
"You wouldn't believe how fucked up Meh got last night"
"I can believe it, I could tell she was sauces when I left out." He replied while pulling my body onto his chest.
"Babe you don't even know the half. She was assed up over the bar eating the bartender's olives."
"Say what!" He laughed!
"I had to get her drunk ass down and out before she got picked up by some random."
"Yo that is wild! Where was your little sidekick?" He asked.
"That heffa is the one who was pushing the shots then when shit got real she was too busy sucking face with some random dude to notice Meh even went missing."
"That's yo hoe ass friend for ya." He said as I could feel his body getting more relaxed.
"Hey watch it. That hoe is my friend and need I remind you used to be your girlfriend once upon a time."
"Yea I started making bad choices pretty young" he sighed as his eyes closed. I couldn't help but let out a giggle. We laid cuddled up laughing about last nights activities until we drifted back to sleep.
