Carmen POV

"Don't go any further princess." I deep raspy voice says. They're hands grasp tighter in my wrist.

"What do you want from me? And who are you? " I try to say as if I'm not scared or anything.

"I want you. Carmen." How the hell does he know me?

"How do you know me?" he starts laughing as if I just said the most funniest thing ever.

"It's Luke dumbass." Die in a hole Luke. I almost pooped my pants just because I thought it was a random stranger and he does this! And not to mention it's night time!

"Why the hell are you chasing me?" I say punching him In the arm.

"Because I wanted to protect you." He says as if he's proud of his work.

"From what Luke?"

"From the dark. And stuff you're afraid of." What does he think he is doing? He doesn't even know me until now and he's acting as if he's known me my while life.

"Luke you don't know crap about me. now let me go." I say getting out if his grip.

"Yes I do Carmen. Like I know your Calum's step sister. Your from The untied states you moved to Australia because your mom married Alan. Your on your period. You would rather prefer a date cuddling while watching movies instead of a big fancy date." Half of the things he said were stuff I never told him about.

"Luke I don't know you. And your not even the same age as me. For all I could know you could be an ax murder."

"I'm in the same grade as you, go to the same school, and plus i won't hurt you."

"Well I didn't know that." I sound really freaking stupid but I'm sound confident at the same time. " but maybe your an ax murder" i say walking off.

"Hey where are you going?" He says getting in front of me stoping me from walking.

"I'm going up your moms ass!"

"Fuck you!"

"No thanks I can do way better than your gay ass!" He chuckles and flicks me off.

"Oh princess I'm pretty sure you can't do better than me." he says while pointing to his 'hot body'.

"Yeah I can. Have you not seen the guys I've dated? They are better looking than you!"

"That's nonsense! No ones hotter than dr. Fluke!" He cried.

"Well Dr. Fluke your not hot. Sorry to burst your bubble."

Luke and I walk to the park together in silence while he sings random songs I've never heard.

Once we get to the park I make my way to the swings and sit down In one of them. Luke sits in the one next to me and tarts swinging.

"Can I ask you something?" He asks.

"Sure whatever penis head."

"Are you afraid if heights Carmen?"

"Yeah. Why?"

"Because your not swinging. And are you afraid of heights or falling for boy?"

"Both really. Cause if the boy hurts me I won't be okay. If I cared so much about him I won't be okay. If I loved him so much I won't be okay. If he does anything to hurt me I won't be okay. It's like standing on a cliff, I'll be on the edge ready to jump and he'll be the one to save me, of he doesn't save me I'll fall and won't be okay." Wow damn that was deep.

"Wow damn. Your on tumblr too much. That was deep. But I won't ever hurt you. I'll save you from Falling off the edge."

"But Luke I rarely know you. It's not like you expect me to love you at first sight." I say.

"Actually I kinda do. Since everyone else does." he says in a 'duh' tone.

For a moment me and him don't say anything to each other. We're only enjoying each other's silence. I look over at Luke and find him staring at me, smiling.

"Why are you looking at me shit face?"

"Because your so cute." He says slowly. "and cause I'm trying to read your mind."

"Wow okay. what am I thinking about then?"

"About me obviously. And how you want this so badly." He says pointing to his 1 inch hotdog.

"Hahaha you so funny. Actually I'm thinking about how bad I want food." He rolls his eyes and flicks me off. "Ouch that hurt like a bitch in the heart." I say pointing to my beautiful heart.

Luke stands up and grabs me by my wrist. "C'mon let's go some where."
