As soon as I heard the door lock I pushed Carmen against the door and connected my lips with hers. Her lips tasted like coca cola. We pulled away after a while to catch our breaths. I lay my forehand on hers and look into her shiny brown eyes.

"I know we aren't really anything but I don't want to be your friend I just want to kiss your neck." I mumble.

"I don't want to be your friend either."

"Carmen will you be my girlfriend."

"No"

"Why?"

"Because I'm too good for you." She says pulling apart. "Joking hemmo. I'll be your girlfriend."

"Hemmo? really? Where did that come from?"

"I don't know. It just came out." She shrugs.

I sit on her unmade bed and start looking around her room. I've never really looked at it. She had posters all over her room of bands like the 1975, panic at the disco, one direction, Arctic Monkeys, and City And Colour.

She sits besides me and takes my hand into hers. She starts playing with my fingers. I look up at her and notice how her brown hair has red highlights in it. I've never noticed it before but starting to think about it, it fits her perfectly.

We sit in silence for a moment until we hear a knock on the door.

"Carmen! Luke! Stop banging! We're going out for dinner!" Michael yells through the door.

"Shut up Michael we are not banging!" I yell back.

I give Carmen one last peck on the check before we go downstairs to the boys and the hoes.

Hopefully this dinner won't be as bad.

We are currently in some Italian restaurant that Michaels cousin worked at. It's pretty expensive but we only came here since we are getting a discount.

The waiter came and took our orders and couldn't keep his eyes off of Carmen. He would always make some kind of stupid joke and make her laugh.

And of course Lana was trying to get his attention but failed because be was too focused on Carmen. It was getting pretty annoying like I even tried to get it through that I was her boyfriend but he wouldn't pay attention.

"Oh Carmen did you see how he was drooling all over you?" Me. Michael the caption obvious stated.

"He was?" Miss. Carmen the oblivious asked.

"Duh. Luke looks like you have some competition against whatever his name is." Calum said.

I don't say anything and thankfully nobody else does. We all chatter about random things like the band and how school is going.

Calum, Michael, and Ashton are going to drop out but I can't since my mum won't let me. She doesn't approve. She says I need an education just incase the band doesn't work out.

Shortly our food comes. I ordered some pizza of course because that's the only thing I knew here that would taste good.

While we are all eating my phone vibrates and I see its my mum calling. I excuse my self and go to the bathroom to take it.

"Hello?" I ask

"Luke! Come home soon! Some amazing news!" She says so happy.

"Okay? What is it?"

"I can't tell you! It's a surprise and bring the whole band!" She screams with excitement. "Okay? Bye love you Lucas." With that the phone call is over.

I go to the table and that stupid waiter is there picking up our plates.

"So do you want to go out?" He asks as I pass by. I stop walking and tap his shoulder making him look at me.

"She has a boyfriend you idiot. Your a waiter So do your job." I spat.

"Really the where is he?" He smirks.

"It's me you idiot." I push him back making him almost trip. He stands up and takes the plates away.

"Luke really? What the hell. Yeah he was flirting with me but I wasn't paying attention to him!" Carmen says.

"I'm sorry. I just got jealous." Thankfully everyone else was in their own little conversations to pay attention to us.

"Okay whatever. Hemmo."

I stay silent, I don't want to argue with her anymore about all of this. I believe she wouldn't want to go out on a date with him. I mean she is dating me and woudnt want to give me up for that piece of crap.

We get our bill and we all pay a small portion of the bill since the bill wasn't really expensive.

Before we leave I tell the boys that we are all going to my house cause my mom has some news for us.

We dropped of Lana and Stacy of at the hotel they were at. Which made me pretty happy since they are so Annoying.

We arrived at my house and when we entered my mom and dad were in the living room with huge smiles on their face.

"Oh boy. Thank god yall are here!" My mom yells in excitement. "Okay so I got a phone call from a manger saying that one direction wants to see y'all in London." She says in a breath. My whole world jut stopped. I look around at the boys and see them the same as me. Except for Carmen she's probably more excited than us.

We all scream and hug each other. "Oh my gosh! Mum when do we go and meet them?"

"In a month. They want to listen to y'all's original songs." Great now we have to write the songs.

"Oh okay. We need to start writing more songs." Ashton informs us.

"How about on Saturday we meet in Calum's garage and start writing something." Michael suggests

We all agree on the plan and they all leave. I didn't get to ask Carmen how she felt about this but I hope she's happy for me.
