Hi, Thank you for making my story number 24 in Institute, I really appreciate that❤️ Also, I do not like this chapter at all but I wanted to make a chapter about Malec as well.

"Hey," Alec said taking off his shoes."I'm home." Magnus stood up, walked across the room to him and kissed him. "And now my day finally started being good." Alec could only smile. He loved the way Magnus always said something about him being a light in his life. "You want a drink? I found a new recipe, I could try it out." Magnus asked heading to the kitchen but Alec was already ahead of him. When he reached the entryway to the kitchen he spun around and picked his hand up to stop Magnus. Magnus stared at him with surprised expression but said nothing. "I want to make something special for you tonight." Alec answered his unspoken question and kissed him. Alec disappeared into the kitchen and Magnus turned around and sat on the couch. "So what is it going to be?" Magnus asked impatiently. "You'll see." Magnus opened his mouth to reply, but instead, he shut it. He put his hand behind his head and closed his eyes. Sound of wind tearing the air cracked the silence. "Did you open the window?" Magnus asked with his eyes still shut. "What? Me? No, why would I do that?" Magnus opened his eyes sharply and saw a piece of paper floating just a few centimeters from his chest. He picked it up from the air and started reading. His face had gone pale just in the third sentence of what was written in the fire message. "Alexander, " Magnus called out."Come here." "What? Why? You know if this is about you trying to find out what the surprise I'm making you is you won't succeed." "Alec. This isn't any joke." Seriousness in Magnuss voice had made Alec come out of the kitchen with a towel on his shoulder. "What is it?" "Just...just read." Magnus said passing him the note. Alec has gone sick white when he read what was written in the note. "But that's impossible." he announced. "Well, surely it is possible." Alec looked at Magnus, his face full of disbelief. "We have to get to New York. Now." "Okay, but what about you? You are the high warlock of Alicante you can't just leave. You have clients." "Screw the clients. Their problems do not matter. But Clary and her problem matters." Magnus headed out of the living room into bedroom and Alec, with a deep breath followed him.

When they appeared about an hour later at the institute Izzy was already waiting for them. She threw herself into Alec's arms, then hugged Magnus. "Thank you both for coming. I didn't expect you to come so soon." "Well, it's an emergency if I got it right from the note. So, " Magnus said. "Where is she? Where is Clary?" "She's upstairs. She is unconscious. Jace is watching over her." "Alright, I'll go talk to Jace. In the meantime, you and Magnus can go over some books Magnus brought." Alec headed to the door and disappeared into the hallway of the institute. Both Izzy and Magnus watched him go, then turned  to face each other."Well, " Isabelle started."I think it'll be a long night."
