Chapter 3

Lillian's dress...

*Lillian's POV*

Today is Saturday and the most dreaded day by me. I guess I repeated that twice already.....well all I can say is... I had to attend that cruel Liam's birthday.

I finished my daily chores of making breakfast and serving it. Then I grabbed my oats with milk and made my way to my room or garage, you can call. I sat on my so called bed which was nothing but a thin mattress and a bed spread which did not help at all during the winters....I took out my algebra work book after finishing my breakfast and started solving some sums, when my brother slammed open the door angrily. I was terrified because his brown eyes were now black which meant nothing but that, his wolf had taken over his body. Me and my wolf, Kate shuddered. She kept on chanting in my mind to run away before he does something but then, I didn't listen to her and cut off our mind link.

My brother walked right up to me and slapped me right across the face twice while I winced in pain. He then slapped once more hardly and left my room with a triumphant look on his face. My tears welled up again and I cried till my eyes went out of tears. When I finished crying, I ended up with a stuffed nose, a bruised cheeks and a swelled up face. 'Why was I born?' Why couldn't have I died?' All these questions came to me like a flood. I got up wiped my tears, went to the bathroom and cleared the mess I was in. I quickly tied my hair into a messy bun and applied some cream on my cheeks so that it healed faster. It burnt like hell but somehow I managed to get rid of the finger marks on my face. It was already 5 and the party starts at 8. Sammy should be here any minute...

So I went and had a shower in the bathtub with warm water. It soothed all my muscles and helped me regain my composure. After the shower, I blow- dried my hair straight, with light curls in the ends and put on my new baby pink dress, I had shopped for the party/crowning.

Just as I finished putting on my dress, Sammy entered with her dress on...

"Wow!!....You look Sexy/Beautiful/Cute.....Gal your all in one!" She gleamed

"Thank you.....you look good too!" I say giving her a wink.

"Ok... Ok let's start with your make up!" She says with child-like excitement. She was already ready...only her hair had to be done. She made me sit on a small chair near the mirror and started her magic. I don't know what all she put on my face..but the outcome was definitely beyond awesome. Not that I'm bragging about my face but she was really good at what she did. I couldn't believe it was my face after the makeover....she had done my hair too....but nothing much...she just clipped my bangs to the right side of my face with a elegant stone clip and left the rest of my hair over my shoulder.

I just loved my look. After I finished admiring myself....I got to work for her hair. I simply put a water-fall braid on her blonde hair and let the rest fall off her shoulder too. She hugged me...completely happy with her hairstyle and quickly sprayed perfumes on our bodies....We grabbed our clutches which had our mobiles, pepper spray, house keys and a little bit of makeup touches.....when we came out of my room, my brothers eyed me and Sammy with a surprised look on their faces. But Blake had a dreamy look on his face seeing Sammy....Could it be? No no....I answered my thoughts and we left the house with a satisfied and triumphant smile. We rushed into the car and started driving to where the party was held. To Liam's house.......
