Requested by Moonfrost614 to write some Galadriel brothers one shot

Art by wiggby on Tumblr cuz they draw the best Dictatious art and the only one I've seen who draws cute Blinky and Dictatious art when they were children

"Dictatious, what's that?" Blinkous asked in curiosity as his brother tried to hide something.

"None of your business." His twin replied quickly as he attempted to hide whatever he was holding under the blankets of his bed.

"Can I see it? Please?" Blinkous begged, his curiosity getting the better of him. "I won't tell mommy, I pinky swear!"

Dictatious stuck his tongue out at his twin and sat right on top of his new toy. Blinkous made a face at his brother's actions but went off to sulk in a corner with a book.

"If you won't let me see the thing, I'm not gunna let you touch my book even after I'm done with it." The blue whelp stated from behind his book. "It's not for selfish and stupid trolls like you."

"You take that back!" Dictatious yelled angrily, climbing down from his bed. "I'm not stupid!"

"You are too, and selfish!" Blinky retorted. "Mama says selfish trolls are the worst kind!"

If there was one thing Dictatious hated, it was being insulted by his twin in such manner. He still didn't want to give Blinkous his new treasure to look at, but he wanted to read that new book he hadn't even gotten to from the library. If he wanted to get his hands on the book, he could actually give his new toy to Blinky, though he was sure he was going to get him in trouble- and he'll get to keep the book a little longer if his twin was grounded by their mother.

"Then I won't be selfish. I'll trade you the book for this." Dictatious pulled out his bargain chip out from under him and held it out for his brother to see.

"It's a dvorak stone!" Blinkous gasped loudly, dropping his book to rush over and examine the rock, only for Dictatious to hide it behind his back. "Hey!"

"I'll trade it for the book."

Blinkous made a face before running back to his reading spot and grabbed his book before handing it to his brother. Dicatious grinned and dropped the stone into his brother's hands, eager to get a headstart in reading it.

"Boys! I've been calling you two for the last ten minutes, wash up for dinner!" Galla Galadriel yelled as she opened the door to her sons room. "What are you two even doing that requires a closed door?"

She caught Blinkious quickly shove something into his back pocket as Dictatious put the book he was reading down.

"Blinky dear, what are you hiding?" Galla asked with a frown, now starting to get suspicious of her son's actions. "Let me see, show me your hands."

Blinkous made a face as he pulled the hand he was hiding out from behind his back, revealing the dvorak stone, earning a startled gasp from his mother.

"Blinkoius Galadriel what in Merlin's brows are you doing with a dvorak stone?!" She shrieked, swooping down to snatch the stone from the whelp's hand. "You know how dangerous these are!"

Dictatious giggled to himself, glad to see he was not the one getting punished this time. His glee was short lived when he heard his twin say:

"Dictatious gave it to me, I traded it for my library book."

"What?! Traitor!" Dictatious screamed as his mother dropped the stone into her apron pocket and snatched Blinkious up my his suspenders before marking over to him and snatched him up as well. "Mother this isn't fair!!"

"Both of you are in big trouble! Both of you!" Galla snarled as she stormed out of the room, both twins tucked under her arms as she marched out of the house. "You two are grounded!"

"Noooooo!" Both whelps screamed as they kicked and tried to wiggle out of their mother's four arms.

"Oh yes! You two are going to be grounded until you're growing roots out from between your toes!"
