A/N: I had posted about this oc a while back, in the Dictatious chapter where he meets Unda (another blind troll) so I figured I could write about her a bit more, so expect some more one shot chapters of her in the future

-

"Half blind half blind!" One of the Kubera whelps taunted as he pulled Unda's doll from her hand.

"G-gimme my dolly!" She yelled angrily, trying not to cry as she reached for the toy but the whelp held it out of reach.

"Come and get it!" He laughed as he dangled it out of her reach.

Unda absolutely hated it when the bigger whelps picked on her for no reason other than to make her cry. Being half blind wasn't even one of the reasons many whelps made fun of her, but it was one of the things she hated that they had to use to pick on her. Wasn't her fault that the vision in one eye made everything look like she was looking into a very filthy mirror and everyone and any object close to her face looked like dark grey blurs through that one eye.

"I said give it back you meanie!" She screamed, practically leaping upwards and grabbing the whelp's face and clawing at it. The whelp screamed in pain as her little fingers dug into his face and dropped the little rag toy. Unda immediately grabbed it and bolted from the play area towards where the older trolls were at and ducked under one.

"Unda, what's the matter?" The male Kubera the whelp was hiding under asked as she trembled in fear. "Was someone picking on you again?"

"Them, they took my doll and I fought back to get her." Unda whispered as she looked up at him fearfully. "Please Joo don't tell my mama, she gets very mean when she hears I get into fights."

"I have a feeling she already knows." Joo responds as a large female Kubera with various red crystals embedded into her skin marched over to them, her dark eyes simmering with anger.

"What did that little wretch do now?" The female snarled as Unda tried to hide behind Joo. "Some whelp's mother is demanding I pay for some damage my whelp has done to hers."

"Nothing but defend herself Uuga, and you should be happy she stood up for herself." Joo responds, standing firmly over Unda. "Why don't you ever take her side in these things, she's the victim here!"

"Did I ask the Ancients for a disruptive half blind whelp? No!" Uuga snarled as she glared at her child. "All I asked was for an obedient whelp who was at least able to make it past her infant stage with no problems! She's a big troll, she should know better than to fight over stupid toys!"

"If you're not going to defend my little sister, then perhaps you shouldn't be her caretaker." Joo snarls as he picks Unda out from under him and holds her protectively to his chest. "No wonder my father left you to return to my mother, he couldn't stand being around a bitch like you."

Uuga snarled angrily, looking ready to smack the younger troll with her fists when he turned away to walk off with Unda held close.

"Your mama won't be happy." Unda comments softly as they grew farther from her mother.

"Relax, my mama said if anything like this happened you're welcome to stay with us. You're my baby sister, we share the same blood from our father." Joo assured her with a small smile before moving her to sit on his shoulders. "And it's better this way, papa gets to see you more now, I'm sure queen Ursurna won't mind issuing a court order to have you in our care."

-

Much to Unda's joy, her father and her brother's mother were not angry when Joo told them what happened. The moment Joo had finished explaining everything, his mother immediately scooped the whelp out of his arms and declared her as her own daughter.

"Uuga ought to be ashamed of herself!" Joo's mother exclaimed as she cradled the smaller troll to her chest. "Oh you poor thing, I'm going to make sure you are taken care of!"

"And I'll take care of whatever we need to have you officially seen as a part of our family." Her father adds. "Joo, you don't mind letting your baby sister sleep in your room tonight, do you?"

"Well she has nowhere else to sleep, so my room is fine for now." Joo agrees as Unda gives a yawn. "Ah, someone is a bit sleepy now."

"I'm not...sleepy..." Unda protests with another yawn before she is transferred into her brother's arms. "No bedtime..."

"Yes bedtime, you shouldn't be outside so late." Joo scolds as he walks back to his own room, holding his sleepy sister close to his chest. "I promise tomorrow you're going to start living a much better life than the one everyone has expected you to live. No one will underestimate you again, I promise."
